Arsenal, you say you paid 182 and they are 118 today, how is that a winner.
I might buy them back next year then around Brexit - lol. I had a little trade on here today though
meanwhile, I've made some back on TALK -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xubCItLvNhE
😂😂 I was lucky I bought OML. @182 I was always on a winner💰
I think they are winners if you sit tight till after Brexit plus I think commodities will rise which will be good for OMU. and if the FTSE.rises so will QLT.
But I feel like I've paid it out of my own pocket - lol
Yes I was Arsenal
Was you in for OMU divi that pays out tomorrow??
Hello Arsenal, The divi probably gave me back about £3.5k I think, but I've sold OMU now, had a small trade today and I've sold all but £5k of QLT earlier this afternoon, should have sold all back in August, but that is easy to say now. I had high hopes for both
Keeping them on watch though.
Good luck all
You need to add in your Nedbank holding, I do not have mine in my account as yet but should be today.
Are you allowing for your divis in that quote JOE
OMU and QLT are fast turning out to be the worst companies I have ever bought into, currently £18k down
On the face of it the market underpriced nedbank as part of omu ????
Just trying to work out the value of nedbank shares based on the 3.21 per 100 ratio. There are a number of tickets and share values ?
@113.00 😲
Got out Tuesday when I was advised that you can’t hold Nedbank in a ISA.
Going to buy back in Monday although cannot make out if I buy now will I still get Nedbank shares ???”
I think the drop was to force the Nedbanks onto you - lol
You could sell before 4.00pm tomorrow to not qualify for Nedbank. And to think I sold most of mine yesterday at nearly 156 then stupidly bought them back when they dropped in the late afternoon
Wish I had sold when it was one company! Complete pain having share fragments in various exchanges.
interactive investor don;t support SA exchange so they will be arranging a share certifcate for the paultry shares i have.
.....and how do I get rid, I mean sell, the Nedbank shares ?
I thought the qualifying time was 4:00pm tomorrow according to the RNS
and you now own shares in a company on the South African market, nedbank are not on lse
Likewise Juantheman, I'm in both QLT and OMU although I sold a lot of OMU at 9:00am today and put it over to QLT hoping for a quicker recovery, but who knows?
I'm finding it difficult to work out if I'm better off as a result of this unbundling.
Messy. Wish I had never bought into this company.
Very difficult to understand with the split up OMU into 4 different companies last year. but I have noticed that on the last page of RNS every few days 5 seperate director share dealings selling hundreds of thousands of shares. WHY???? Do they know something , and is this the reason for 27% drop.??? Will watch and if more sells and price goes lower then maybe the time to buy. ???
ex datee for distribution
Why the massive drop???
Looking through the individual trades, there seems to be a lot more buying than selling, but the vol. bought and vol. sold boxes show otherwise. Which do you believe?
