My previous comment. CEO Michael Infante has tweeted the following: Quite amazing when you look back (he is referring to OMIPs history) - prepare for new bulletins soon Repeat - Prepare for new bulletins soon. I think one of these bulletins is major news on M&M. Dont say you werent told.
One or two are bailing out. Rather hasty imho. I think buying would be a wiser option with the background here.
Enjoy
correct? or is it a typo? 5.55p would make sense as a sell
for fast growing player in fast growing market?? ...tp 10p++ imv/dyor, all..ofc
Thanks to Glasshalful on ADVFN here are the financial forecasts for omip : Forecasts - Year End October 2017E Rev 2.3m / PBT 0.3m / Fully Diluted EPS 0.4p (+300% EPS growth) 2018E Rev 2.8m / PBT 0.6m / Fully Diluted EPS 0.7p (+75% EPS growth) 2019E Rev 3.5m / PBT 0.9m / Fully Diluted EPS 1.0p (+43% EPS growth) At the current SP that puts OMIP on a current year PE of 12.5 2018 forward PE of 7 2019 forward PE of 5 Undemanding current valuation I would suggest. Not to mention that this is purely for organic growth and takes no account of other potentially valuable initiatives such as TCAT and/or M&M.

To look very strong here. Unusually strong. Starting to wonder if a broadcasting deal for M&M is imminent
Cheers, have you still got a position here?
crazy I would suggest that the MC was so small in the first place A matter of research before the market notices......
these small caps 10k worth trades adds 1 million to the mcap
Looking back I was surprised to see these peaked at 19 pence as far back as Spring 2014. So it has declined for almost four years, longer than I had realised. First bought these on Ofex at around 1 pence. Given this mornings announcement 10 pence over the next year looks entirely possible.
looking v promising
All looks positive to me. Now the paradigm shift to streaming from download is gathering pace OMIP seems set to benefit. Long term hold which should deliver multibag
Yesterday afternoon this comment was posted on Men and Motors Facebook page: Are we ready for this. Maybe, fingers crossed and a successful MipCom? Along with a photo of a bottle of Champagne, bucket and glass! What would you conclude from that? My conclusion is that (hopefully) a broadcasting deal for Men and Motors Is forthcoming.
Big news coming?
For the patient BUY and tuck away. In a year you will likely have a bagger DYOR
Shane Lynch http://www.shanelynch.co.uk And Torie Campbell! https://toriecampbell.com Look for the mention of M&M on homepage Exciting venture for OMIP expanding out of simply digitalising music
M&M being relaunched in October at MIPCOM as lifestyle TV channel to global TV market http://tbivision.com/news/2017/09/men-motors-net-relaunches-lifestyle-format/797822/
But it's a marathon not a sprint. Built up a nice holding now. Can just sit back and wait. Wouldn't be surprised to see them eventually resume the dividend policy but not yet. Reckon they will want to build the BS back to full strength first and always the odd acquisition possible as well i suppose.
I need to clamber.. ..puff puff
Not bad for starters. Lots more upside if resumed growth can get profits back to levels of two years ago. Then this looks crazy cheap on very low forward PE. I genuinely think this is good for a four bagger. Very realistic. For me the biggest question is how rapid growth will be on the new predominantly streaming model. Will TCAT be a winner? The one negative I see here is M&M which I think is a dud - but it won't matter as there's nothing priced in for it. Let it wither quietly in the corner. All good.
Solid profitable well managed company - zero debt. Return to growth - see recent report.
MC Big discount to Shareholders Funds (assets less liabilities on BS) £1.95m against £3.44m latest accounts Gives me yet more comfort in adding but as jolly says no hurry (hopefully)
