@chique - what do you think about a March bottom? too easy?
@Alicia - i remember Sirius from back in the day, can you remember a company called Provexis when that got pumped and dumped (PXS) i got burned on VOG and i have aim shares in my portfolio i dont know where they come from, company take overs from old shares i had i one day hoped would get bought out. Like you i only play with large caps now AIM is and never should be an investment, easy rule for me just dont buy AIM stocks at all, so far ive managed to stick to it.
So, from March onwards and upwards !
I am a little nervous of putting too much money into Poly as there is a risk. I lost some money in similar circumstances before. Everyone was soo convinced that Sirius would provide them with untold riches, and it certainly seemed to be a dead cert. But I have learned to stand back, as things can happen that are completely unexpected. However, I'm fairly confident here so don't be alarmed. LOL

not really investments then just for the swing trade? Im heavy in here and IDS, have some banking shares to and housing which im going to sell soon i think, all in atm myself, think ide rather have my money in here than any bank here in the UK atm...
I was thinking how similar this energy crisis is to the covid bottom and 2008/9 crash, We had what we thought was bottom end of Sept\Oct 2008, it then bottomed out in March 2009, the last 2 black bird events have all been bottom in March.......human behaviour on masse is somewhat predictable, or is it just me with wishful thinking?
@New
I tend to have FTSE 100 shares, which, again, I have had for a long time.
I gave up on AIM when I lost money on Sirius...well, most of us did. I inherited a lot of Bank of Montreal which has, for me, been an amazing share, (up from 65ish to now 155 plus, but has slowed in recent times to 32/33)
60% cash at the moment trying to figure out the bottom you were asking about.
Dipping in and out with some while I wait.
POLY alone will make me a substantial amount so not too bothered about the cash %
@alicia - i would say Chique is right about putting off potential new investors, in todays online its hard to cut out the wheat from chaff, i hate researching and am far more tuned into TA, if the fundementals info is easier to get to its easier to see value in share. Have you got any tips on other shares you have researched?
@chique - i dont like Rusophobia either, being extreme on one side of the fence is no worse than the exact polar opposite hard right or hard left, i had a 2 hour video call with my mate in Moscow last night, he was conscripted but managed to get out of it, he has an exemption now through his job as its a bit specialist. will be good to try to keep the BB a bit cleaner but lets see if others join... Any other shares you are watching or want to chat about?
@chique
Why are you here...I thought you wanted rid of us ? This is your big chance

Too many variables to call with all the conflict spin off issues, energy being one of the main factors.
Wall street as you know has already been to 28k
@chique - you've been here a long time whats your view on market bottom, im calling March next... then a period stagflation in a range
Good idea and now people can post there slightly linked poly news here, the majority of which is not having any direct effect on the SP anyway.
There are times that it does but I think we all know what they are without being told , over and over and over again :-)
who's in?
