i guess i didn't like my accumulated posts increasing to almost 2000....lol. nahh...i'm just reorganising. created a new email address, setup email client and alerts and all, to ensure i do my trading properly. been wanting to do that for some time but had no time till now. hillbilly, got a link to that article? i'm searching unsuccessfully at the moment...
thats right would sold myself at under 200.thats what times said ?whatever reason as long as it rises nobody be complaining who hold stock?
read that reason for sp rise is;van prices rise.
Darn it....why would you do that? Go and make things more complicated? LOL! Mrs T ;-))
cheers mate - have been trying to find a link that clarifies that too, to find out what in the world happened when it rose so much in 2 days, and to justify my decision not to sell on friday. have not been able to find anything in that perspective. sundancer (i changed my username to syntaxity)
been looking for the 200m but cant find hard evidence, read it on iii bb 2 days back, hence why i thought the surge in the shareprice might be down to that? will keep looking and let u know if i dig anything out.
we may have another bullish week ahead with loads of company results out. eurozone have just reported a consecutive quarter of growth although spain is lagging behind(but better than UK). anyway, i'm comfortable holding for the moment. arryworth, was the £200m payback reported anywhere? doubt they could have paid back twice the amount raised from the rights issue in such a short time...
I think this is slowly slowly going down. i believe if you are in profit then sell. coz i have a gut feeling that monday we will see 240 again. i sold mine at 260. i think i done right thing. no doubt that in long run NTG has potential but for the time been i am out. may be in at 240 next week. What do you think John.
13-Nov-09 15:39:42 259.60 100,273 Buy* 258.00 258.10 £260.31k that's a high roller buy...
I sold at £.260. Selfishly, I hope I made the right decision.
Heard on another site think it was iii that NTG have paid back another 200 million off the debt? If that is true then no wonder of the rise the past 2 days, great news anyway as my average was £2.73 and was at one stage £1500 down, so hope that this is now more steadier and does not go down like the past 2-3 weeks for no apparent reasons. Also Van sales are down, but i work in the transport industry and a lot of our contacts are hiring instead of buying, so that in itself in good news for NTG as well. Sold lloyds (£1.105) to buy in and glad i did as lloyds are now .90p, but when this went to 2.06 at one stage i was not better off. So as they say i nearly panicked and sold, but glad my bottle held. Sometimes to hold its a good thing, othertimes it is not, glad to get this one right this time. GLA and hopefully this can reach over £3 before xmas, which i predicted origionally over a month ago.
having a breather.
up 30p yesterday, up 20p today, up 10p tomorrow....come monday, SELL. lol...
Looking like a strong finish today. Lets hope we see the same rises tomorrow!!
Sent you a mail.
Been dippin in and out since the 90s didn't trust in the 60s. If report der is good d same ppl putting 100s thous in ere will be putting in der. I have a target of ntg at 300 but no rush to get der. Gkp is risky but by ek there will be a double up der once the find is reported in black and White. Well dats wat I'm told from d same guy who I have been following for the last 6 months. He manages a multi million fund. I can't really say which one. Ok I've said enough. I'm hoping you all topped up at 210 wen I was screaming my head off. Now top up gkp at 104. Sell half at 130.
got a share to recommend - UNIQ. just got an update today. i also left a message for you on JPR.
this last 2 days gains have been great but we have to relise that not so long ago we were at the 2.80level so i think there are further gains to be had with some pullbacks with profit taking but the trend is up and well done to all that have been patient with this share .ps thanks to all on this board with your views it always helps to see what others are thinking gla.
LOL GKP you sure... Been in GKP long?
Those of you who have followed me ere and yell my next tip is gkp. No ramping just good honest advice. But leave some ntg. Will do well long term.
So I missed a decimal point out.
Hi, can never be £300 except you mean 300p. I am a fan of Northgate and have always made good profit on it when I traded it, but realistic too. Cheers.
It will be £300 by the end of this week at this rate!!!!
was completely over sold like many stocks recently following general panic selling across the whole market. Held all my stocks and topped up on the dips... Good to see them all coming back up now....
258.10 to sell but do not sell! Lets hope for a steady rise to come!!
