With dirs and greenstone forking out at 0.20p once we have the licence then it will be interesting. Don't underestimate how much much greenstone and dirs have put in at 0.20p. So there must be an element of confidence in finally getting that licence.
Not a mad rush to buy NRRP today. We need the license granted. Faith has to be earned. No mention of how long it takes to actually issue the license? Recommend; top up cautiously!
under value.
Well that explains last week I guess, BOD been talking to someone...
Funny enough I was thinking this morning - when do I get to write BOOOOM?
Lets not miss the dead lines BoD. Be fully prepared NRRP and don't f this up now.
RNS - positive news. North River Resources plc, the AIM quoted resource company, advises it has received from the Ministry of Mines and Energy ("Ministry") in Namibia a Notice of Preparedness to Grant the mining licence ("Notice") for the Namib Lead-Zinc Project ("Namib" or the "Project"). The Notice is dated 28 January 2016.
1.5mill available at 0.084p Anything above that is 0.090p at full ask. With the ex-director selling finished any good news will mean a decent upside from current levels.
I would add that greenstone (albeit) one of the dirs all of their stock above 0.20p and raised $4mill.
Looks like the rns also mentions that selling has completed. Slight overhang but good time to buy with Dirs paying 0.20p Versus a current sp of 0.0825p at the mid. And the directors bought big at 0.20p. So it can well rise to 0.20p and if they get licence news beyond that. Market makers after some while now offering a premium to sell.
Birthday next Friday so please nnrp give me a great present
Directors bought in big at 0.20p. Thats 250% up from current levels. So once out there could be a sustained rise with the possibility of licence news.
River Resources plc / Ticker: NRRP / Index: AIM / Sector: Mining 22 January 2016 North River Resources plc ("North River" or the "Company") Notification of Shareholding North River Resources plc, the AIM quoted resource company focused on the Namib Lead-Zinc Project in Namibia, announces that it was notified today that Martin French, former Managing Director of the Company, has completed a series of disposals of the Company's ordinary shares, which have reduced his beneficial shareholding to below three per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Looks like former managing director is almost out! That has suppressed the share price. We could be on the way up.
Look at director chunks bought at 0.20p. Any selling of any chunk will be above 0.20p http://www.investegate.co.uk/north-riverresources--nrrp-/rns/update-on-phase-one-fundraising/201510061200033883B/ $4mill
MMs shut up shop. 1 mill left at 0.0688p. Sellers departed?
Have added to my holdings here. At some point commodities will recover. Howver the big dir purchases here at 3 x the current share price reflects some degree of confidence in the company.
perhaps nothing is happening now but something must have caused the rise...?
So no news but almost 100% up one day. As no RNS issued to say that they dont know why the price went up and no other update its all a bit bizarre. Runner, did you top up at all or just wait? I was starting to think i had missed the chance to average down but as nothing further happened am pleased not to have bothered buying any more. Seems we are back to the same old - nothing happening,,,
Didn't they originally expect the permit end of Oct 2015? Got to be close now....
Taking its time isn't it! Think we'll get any this week?
