come on the river!
The news could be that we submitted the requested documents on time. However, I am not sure that that constitutes RNS-able news as such. It might keep the s.p. ticking along though. The next news we need is the license issued. Then date for mining and off-take agreements (but not at today's prices) - we need higher prices. License now or license later - we need higher prices, end of.
we know that Greenstone have acquired 0.20p and above. A load of directors at 0.20p so we'll see where this goes. Downside? Licence timing. We should hopefully get some news before month end as per RNS.
some accumulating a few at these levels whilst they await sellers
Net cash position in September about £3M, which is more that current market cap. Mining licence due any time. Perfect technical chart set up. Plenty of buying. This is looking like an extremely good entry point. Could see major rerate here very quickly on news IMO.
At full ask. One of the reasons for the fall was ex director selling stock. Directors have bought significant stock at 0.20p and greenstone up to 29.9% at that level. If he has sold out then this could rise and any licence news RNS would be a huge bonus. 1mill left online
???
I wonder if the ex dir has completed selling his stake.
Any licence news and this could go up significantly. Very good rise today
To be fair the biggest buy was only about 2,000GBP which is in easy punt territory for a lot of traders. Not knocking it and I'm happy it's up, but most buys are a few hundred quid to be honest. When the big players come in you'll see 10-20k GBP trades. For that we'll need the license IMO
I've picked up a few of these and holding almost since the beginning of the year. I suspect this could eventually go to the directors buy price. 0.20p provided we have the licence news.
is news due
Fear in the Ftse 100. let alone aim. Value will come good in a year or so!!
Good RNS, but the drilling success didn't exactly bring buyers to North River?
Significant progress with drilling. Great grades and upside potential on a revised JORC. Friday RNS oh how i love thee
Yes of course a competent BoD would have thoroughly researched the requirements and be prepared to respond quickly and completely. Let's expect that, it should be the very least we can expect from our company's appointed leaders and managers. I am rating this a BUY for newcomers but personally I'm already overweight in NRRP in my portfolio and I intend to stick to my own rules on % distribution in the p/f.
As posted before I said the license would be a good birthday present, the news broke a day before. Hopefully the bod were aware of the Nambian requirements and have all in hand. Seeing where this share has been 1p should be hit soon.
Oh, hadn't seen this - in fact i avoided reading the RNS and was too excited by the prospect of the share going on a bit of an upward run. "first step' - ahhh, thought we were on the last step!
if they get to 1p on the license i will run about the office starkers (after off-loading ..... my shares!). Frankly, would be happy if they got back to about 0.50p. i live in hope though but not yet got the bottle to top up further after being stung in the 0.20p top up. Clearly Greenstone @ 0.20p is a good sign although not really sure they had much choice as without this then.... really dont want to say but it would not have been very good for NRRP.
This from MD suggests that the terms and conditions were not anticipated, and therefore couöld not be already defined. This si n doubt why the sp is sliding again. "....represents an important first step towards the issue of the Mining Licence for Namib. We now look forward to defining and agreeing the final terms and conditions with all concerned stakeholders."
Which is why the stock available came from the ex-director. Now that overhang almost clear as we can see with stock limits.
0.085p and buys now at full ask.
About 23% better off, sounds about right. Sorry for blathering on the board - this is the most excitement around here for the 4 years I've been on here. Give me some slack please guys!
NRRP is in a much better place today than yesterday, that's for sure.
Yes agreed, Shadoww. I hope we can maintain a strong hand at the table over the next few months. If the conditions were not a surprise (I would have thought they are standard) then we should be pre-prepared ourselves (NRRP) to address all the topics satisfactorily, get the license, decide to invest in the mine (is that really an open question after all these years thinking about it?) and proceed to build and exploitation of the resource. Guesses - 1p on license, 2p on off-take agreements, 2.5p on mining and selling our goods.
