Ediston Property is an attractive way to buy into the revival of UK retail parks, Peel Hunt said in a positive note about the sector.
Out of town retail parks have performed better than high streets and shopping centres during the pandemic and that trend is set to continue, the broker said.
I think they will have to sell them first, until that happens it only come from dividends.
I also think they maybe looking out for retail parks coming on the market. They seem to be highly rated at the moment.
Might have got this wrong EPIC reit
No. Share buy back will come from surplus capital by selling unwanted assets not UFFO.

"It will be interesting if they announce a share buy back at some point as that would increase the dividends and normally the share price"
The money from buy backs comes out of the dividends, I want the dividends every penny of them. Also the share price will be set by the dividends. So no buybacks for me...in the short-term. Maybe a couple of years down the line, IF the share price is at a significant discount to the NAV.
The dividends are my beer money and I need alot
no sales allowed ??? very strange
It will be interesting if they announce a share buy back at some point as that would increase the dividends and normally the share price.
Its nice the market gives us this opportunity.. Very nice yield and growth.. nice mix
SD - I would say i'm sorry, but i'm really not!
smet "Bizzare, but i'll happily take another tranche at 80-85p!"
That is plain greedy!
Found it sort of but
Liberum Capital restated a buy rating and issued a GBX 130 ($1.75) target price on shares of NewRiver REIT in a research note on Tuesday, December 7th.
Barclays downgraded British land, Hammerson NRR back in 2018.
Barclays don't seem to think much of REITs end off.

I can't find this sell rating on Hargreaves Lansdown?
Either way I expect a dividend of 8p. I see that as support around about 100p.
Following year maybe 10p.
Yesterday they could not buy enough NRR large buys.. moved up on volume.. Today off 7 % ... no idea.
Bizzare, but i'll happily take another tranche at 80-85p!
pathetic really. How can they justify a broker rating of 80P ?
Gone through support now so, looks like 90p next level
sell rating 85p
Does anyone have any idea as to why the price has dropped today? I haven’t found any news etc and I am considering topping up. Thanks
They just move it around as they seem fit
Nice steady rise.
The next dividend announcement is what will get the share price moving....hopefully upwards!
Looks like the value is starting to be seen in NRR, still way undervalued
yes. I'm hoping that when it crosses £1 that should be a solid base up to £1.20. As I've previously mentioned I would like to get more insight or strategy / plan of building the UFFO up year on year. Obviously they have 20% surplus capital year on year due to the change of dividend policy but I cant really see that returning significant returns. Perhaps a share issue sometime this year ?
not too sure to be honest. I've never taken part in a script dividend.
Nice jump today. Can't see any news.

Would I be right in thinking that if you take a scrip issue you don't pay the purchase tax and obviously no stockbroker fees?
Agree with you sentiment. That's why I hold 58,000 shares and topping up monthly + reinvesting the dividends received.
