Fairplay soup thanks for clarifying, that would explain it. Fingers crossed circumstances change next quarter.
"The team at Walbrook will manage the Company’s communications with the financial media, research analysts and non-institutional investors, including new and existing private investors."
Unless there is something for them to communicate then they won't be doing much. They will operate only under instruction from NFX as they will charge each time.
It's definitely seems like it's going nowhere until next update on data or patents however I'm hoping we'll start to see a steady and slow rise from next week, have everything crossed.
You can own 3% of the company for £228k!
To be fair the report from allenby was pretty good, I'd like to see an update soon, clearly though they're not pushing nfx or not finding a receptive audience, either or. But I have no clue what walbrook have done tho.
I can't see the price moving unless/until a deal is in place for NXP002 or NXP004. Not after the reaction we've seen post Oxilio.
If there isn't one already lined up then it could be a very long while before we see any kind of return on this. The board is small and (if no deal is in place yet) they will have to find a new CEO before anyone will be willing to talk. That could take months.
It's selling the assets that'll move this price higher.
I think that we all believe that after what has been said by the ceo that the results will be positive.
They just need to be marketed. So have we a salesman in place?
ATB
I think Allenby have been rubbish so far, they did the placing with their usual trader mates and did a broker note which included a bottom fair value range below the SP at the time! Great stuff
A fair assessment SSM.
I'm just amazed that no one at all appears willing to take any kind of notifiable position, given these lows. You'd have thought someone out there would be willing to take a gamble at these prices. It does make you wonder what Allenby have been hired for.
Does make you wonder where we will be if we get positive results on nxp002 and nxp004. A year or so ago I would have thought 10p+ now not so sure now , marketing/interest in nfx just never seems to be there. It might take an actual deal, with details made public to move us past that trajectory now. I'd be happy to see 6p which seems unbelievable given the potential value of those assets if proven. Of course if the results aren't there I would dread to think
Soup, I don’t know why to be honest with you. Let’s wait and see.
Taz, thats not the question though.
Why would they want to raise?
Soup, how can you trust her? She said she has amazing team just week before she resigned. I hope I am wrong though. Just to clear I am Not bearish here. Currently holding big position with high average.
Taz, so one month ago Anne publicly stated the below, clearly telling us that there had "... sufficient funds to do the planned studies with a runway beyond that."
So, if they have sufficient funds Taz, can you tell me why they would raise at an all time low and also why you think Anne was lying?
"7. Anne – are you more or less confident in the Company’s prospects than when you joined?
The Company is in a better position than when I joined – it is on a stronger financial footing with sufficient funds to do the planned studies with a runway beyond that. In addition, operational activities have been optimized and costs minimized, such that funds can be prioritized towards generating data on the portfolio assets to add to their value. The R&D work is progressing well for both NXP002 and NXP004 and I remain confident that these assets bring good opportunities. I remain fully committed to Nuformix to deliver on the strategy, for the duration of my tenure"
Soup, I thought you are better then this. Check sp movement just prior to placing last time for NFX. I hope it’s not the case this time as I have high average. anyways Q4 soon so let’s hope we will get what we deserve from this useless bod.
Traders getting stopped out, nothing more than that.
If a company is going to do a placing, they would be trying to push the sp up, not let it slide and place at an all time low.
Suggest you look at the sp graph if you think that today is any different to any other day.
It won’t surprise me if we have placing with few funds involved or tr1 news soon. This is pure dirty game.
"Wouldn't think so. Plenty in the pot after the last raise.
Not happening"
Not to mention the 2nd upfront payment from Oxilio that we are now due
Anything is possible with this Bod. Do they care about shareholders, answer is no.
Wouldn't think so. Plenty in the pot after the last raise.
Not happening
This is ridiculous now. Long term holder here with high average. Look like Another placing is on the way. Same share price pattern like last time. I hope it’s not the case.
n/c
in a few more than seed buns , but will say its not been a good day, GL
Not sure why you didn’t quote me fully FFX? You’ve done this before. I said “ people best get used to it, take advantage of it, ignore it or give up and move on.”
It wasn’t meant to be “patronising”, I was merely pointing out the options. I apologise for not listening the option of “continuing to whinge and moan”, I took that as a given, in this world of free speech.
Of course, if people feel I’m patronising them, they can always filter me………oh wait…..nah, never mind.
Fair play to you. Quite a brave move really.
As a long term holder who was already well under water by the time of the placing I have always had strong reservations about selling any of my shares just in case the tide suddenly turned and I missed the boat. That would be devastating! I thought there was always a serious risk, with the placing, that the market might respond quickly once it knew we had the money we needed, but I suppose that was just silly old fear.
Watching and whingeing about very 1% drop in the share price is probably a bit pointless but I understand that people are feeling frustrated and I personally respect their right to say what they feel. It's probably just as pointless watching and whingeing about every criticism from a frustrated poster. It will most probably persist while the price continues to drift and be walked down on no news and tiny volume. I would say that people best get used to it, ignore it or give up and move on...but that would be patronising.
As you said, each to their own.
