your absolutely right Seismic, Although still hold a few in Premaitha(NIPT) and keep a eye on their rns's don't really know what became of QRI. Certainly made suckers out of a lot of us investors with their b----hit about NASA technology. Just goes to show AR will deal with the old BoD one way or another when he showed no sentiment even with his old man.
Your referring to Sandeep Gulati and his QRI QRD technology We never did find out what happened with this I'm assuming Gulati failed to get funding and the technology went back to Premathai Adam certainly removed the old board members from Vialogy he even removed his old man,
thanks for that. gl here
Agree with you Sheps, they don't deserve anything, speghetti full of leeches they are, but in order to get rid of them quickly if thats what they want to do let them do or prove up at their own costs.Thats the way AR operates , from what I can remember from Vialogy(RTO'd into Premaitha), He let one of the directors form a separate company from the IP of viaology and run withit in order to remove him from new premaitha.
I certainly agree with your comments there. Absolute useless the old timers on this board, have just used us for a cash cow. I would be surprised if they took on Belize assets, for one who would buy into there new company knowing what absolute t....ssers they are. They should just be given the boot with Zero compensation, they have been robbing the company long enough.
Adam is probably working on disposing Belize assets to Sztyk and Poliakoff as a hive off to run and make something of it together with all the liabilities. Thats What he has done at FRI got rid if the oil/gas assets to the former chief executive to make a clean shell. Wouldn't surprise me if we don't follow a similar path here, and FRI's spread has reacted positively. Go Adam kick off the time wasters give them the bone to prove their mettle if they are so intent in remaining in the O&G sector.
stop wasting your time then, sell up and lose your money somewhere else!
If your not happy, sell and move on It's not hard
Dog company. Awful BOD. Worst investment I've ever made. Still here. No, it's not moving at all and hasn't, despite some of the mroe optimistic posts, for the past x number of months. Stop wasting your time.
You've got loads of spare cash ready . It's coming you know !
You've got loads of spare cash ready . It's coming you know !
its coming just need some patience and you will be handsomely rewarded. No reason why we cant see OPTI multi bagger in the next 12 months.
Must be time for this to get going again. Large interest building...
yoshie - well put. I think people forget what Ben/Gary and the member of N WOG have gone through to date to get us here....and what we are willing to do to get this one over the line.
Totally agree Badger/Yoshie, I'm still fully supportive of Ben/Gary and have been adding and will be happy to rejoin with my small holding as and when required. For a holder, in since last may, what other decent options are there to get this company heading in the right direction again. Good point Badger, Certainly don't want to end up like Chris Oileee slim ball, that character never sets a good example. A man definately not to be trusted.!!!!
Well said Yosh agree 100%, If it wasn't for their valiant efforts the old BoD would have frittered away all the money raised and would probably be carrying out another placing by now. There are a lot of moaners very few have the guts and determination to stick to what they believe in. I had my doubts initially about Ben wether he'd stick this long, especially as I had a feeling the old BoD would drag it out as much as possible, and peoples including Bens patience would be severely tested, but to his credit he stayed the course and continues with NWOG- Good on you Ben and Gary and others in the background, there are many here who appreciate your efforts and thankyou.
Well said, badger. Just to further add there's nothing extraordinary about by being in the action group - just the members doing their best to give their utmost support for new direction. In fact they got to sacrifice with their buying/selling freely otherwise might trigger some legality issue and commit to certain boundaries - all they do this for what? - For the sake to support the betterment for all shareholders who will benefit later. We should also thank Ben and Gary for leading this mission as they do it without asking for a penny and spending time and and effort to make the goal happens. For example they flown to Jersey to represent many shareholders in EGM so they can win the objective on their own time and expense. Remember Ben said at that time in twitter that he got to bring his little daughter along as his partner was away. He even took his mother along so when he attended the EGM she was there to look after his little girl. How about that? Are we grateful for the trouble he got to go through? - Yes, I'm am. Thoroughly moved, grateful and deeply appreciative. If you wish to have a TR-1 out you can easily do it by buying more shares to get to the 3% of company's shares and then you will have a TR-1 out.
happy you need to change your name mate ... if you read my last post of 1912hrs you will see that the old members are reforming we need to stay below a certain figure or end up like chris oil having to buy the company
if you people look back at the rns before NWOG was disbanded you will find there were 43 of us in the group . some of us are still buying and therefore cannot rejoin at the present . BEN knows if he needs our weight behind him he has it and I for one would stop buying or selling as the groups rules state and rejoin tomorrow ive had a couple more little dabbles over the last fortnight which takes me to 1/2 of 1% of the company .. . I am not privy to anything the rank and file do not know and happy to let the group support ADAM and NICK in any way they feel fit .. BEN and GARY do a great job in holding the group together and you rank and file shareholders should stop criticising and be thankful ..look what they did for this company before and if required will do it again ...
Medium rare ,what's yours ? Apologies for off topic !
You obviously don't understand what's going on or aren't interested other than to bash it.
Sorry last remark was crude-not my style. OK how you suggest we move in replacing them, and what is the point your trying to make. what actions do you suggest can improve the situation. What is your beef!
Correct me if I'm wrong ,but I thought the company was still in the hands of the old Bod ? Maybe you know something different ! Calm down please with your last remark it wasn't warranted IMO
Cash what point you are you trying to make, obviously your not impressed with the old BoD, NWOG have tried and to some degree have succeded in renewing the BoD and take it in a different direction. What is your issue with your snidey remarks you want the company to slip back into the hands of the old BoD. You would obviously be happy with people not doing, sit on their arses and just moan on bb when their investments fritter away. come up with some positive suggestion action of your own or clear off.
the BOD has just been filed by one of the significant shareholders to be removed. And there'll be positive changes from oil promising business planned. Many other significant shareholders are supporting this removal too. (Sp. rising crazy). Similar will happen here soon.
