I agree. This is a risky play. But isn't most of aim? Congratulations on your profit. It's been a tricky year! I hope to follow you shortly.
looks like the action group are struggling, now inviting new members! What a shower! Glad I sold most of my holding this morning, and already 3k up with the proceeds elsewhere. Will re-visit here if they get their act together, and not otherwise. Good luck all, but I wouldn't invest to much here IMO as things stand. (IMO)
going to be the same as before imo, the story has changed here and the sellers will be locked out :-) Rinse and repeat not an option anymore gla
drop the price on this very quickly whilst being reluctant to increase the price. Are they trying to collect shares?
movement
Previously it did not take much to move this one way or the other, up or down. All of a sudden and despite this buying pressure there is not much movement and look at the spread (14%). Unless there is a seller in the background this should be well above 0.008 by now.
NT to buy now
Old board look on their way out to me and RTO is not far off.
going on now. I would expect to see a significant rise in the SP soon.
A big positive !
Have consistently averaged down on the dips and now hold about 5 million at .09. So I am in as far as I want to be and await the proposed turnaround. Adam R has been on the board for about 18 weeks and recent posts suggest he is still looking for a good asset to buy into and that he will be asking for people to back him. I will not be investing anymore funds as I have reached my limit for this share unless I see a definite prospect of recouping my losses and moving forward.
Thanks backs up my last post
There were tipped as a buy since he took over ..
As we know Adam R. has been voted in onboard the BOD since Nov. and in the background doing what he said he'll be doing ie. looking for a good asset to RTO in his interview. He also said he cares about shareholders' value and if a placing is needed to kick start the new business , he'll want to buy in at the placings price and the same will be offered to current shareholders to enjoy the same benefit as him. Have a listen to his interview again on youtube if you wish to. Below is someone's post on the NYO bb (LSE) about Adam R.: Go listen to any Adam Reynolds interview where he describes his approach. His philosophy (and any ethical turn around person) is to look after existing shareholders first. Yes he will fundraise to do an RTO but critically the existing shareholders are respected and given as good if not better terms than new ones. People bring him in exactly because they know he won't screw them over - which is why they vote in favour. If you back him on the journey, he respects that and reciprocates.
This has been mention as a buy ,as they changed BOD so PI booking a place here ,,
Doubt if any placing would be at this price or even at double of this price ,,
Certain privalidged people have got a whiff about a possible placing price ? Does it make sense to sell half your holding and buy your half back at the possible placing price ,which has a good chance of being lower than the present sp . All IMO of course !
http://www.sharepickers.com Podcast 428 with Justin Waite yesterday (Stocks mentioned on the podcast incl: #LEG #88E #ONZ #NEW #GWIK #BP. > http://bit.ly/VOXPOD0428) - mention of NEW near the end of this podcast @46:44 saying this is right time to buy. Podcast always say to DYOR as speaker normally owns shares in that co. Also can listen on : https://audioboom.com/boos/4270239-428-doc-holiday-legendary-investments-and-primarybid.
Would you say someone didn't do their due diligence ?
Talking about paying back, still no word on the AL Maram advance fee scam. That's 1.5 million dollars someone owes the shareholders for starters. They can take that away if they like, having first paid that amount into the NEW bank account fir st of course.
Has anyone worked out how much cash the present Bod has been paid for salary and services during New worlds history ..?
My guess is: someone wanted a certain large amount of shares but as you know it's usual not able to buy for large amount so broker probably got to break into smaller lots to buy and also sp. at better price (my experience is when it is a good buys day you can't get quote for over 1mil. shares). Also larger amount will have high sp. quoted. I guess is a broker because there're some buys slightly over 1mil. shares and if this buyer buying for himself he'll probably want to save on trading fees and buy the max. at best price. A broker probably don't pay any trading fee or very small fee so they doesn't worry about the cost effective.
Cash - yes defo however they cant have it as the action group ,ar and nl would not let that happen. The best they can hope for is Belize and that might be the carrot for them to leave and save some face.
Cash belongs to the shareholders of the company. And NO, they can't have it. They may have to pay back some cash to the co. for what they've taken.
