Share -Trade are £20 but as previously mentioned; been told theirs no advantage in having it.
Well IG charge over £100 but won't do it if they are suspended! Why can't ig but others can?
Resolution not passed......I think thats the first time I've ever seen that
yes but it costs £25 for the pleasure
But will the Halifax put them to certs whilst suspended? IG refuse to!
Me thinks.... and im not talkin pennies... wonder if oldmd still got his boat
just spoken to Halifax about this and they say there is no additional benefit in putting it into a certificate unless you want evidence of your holding physically in your hands
Unbelievable Tony, my heart goes out to you. I got 'spiked' in May of last year, managed to average down to 0.16p since then, now this!!
Sure we could of escaped once relisted, if it wasn't for certain individuals putting spanner in works, so close to BS rto
The old BOD or their replacements?
Should we be converting our holding with brokers into certificate format?
Adam couldn't pull it of this time. Not the sort of news you want on a Friday. How many times is this going to happen. Yet another loss. I'm stacking them up up now. I guess we are all losers. When the the professional directors are useless. We don't stand a chance. Good bye all premier gold and new world oil holders. .......................
Ig say they can't certify then because they are suspended!! Anyone else having sane issue or is it just ig again?!
They're all closing ranks, they wouldn't allow any independent investigation. It appears to be a long on going case of you scratch my back,I scratch your back. I hope those going to AGM (PI's) are able to hold them to account and don't let them deflect to the previous BoD, they have been there long enough to have raised red flags and instigate appropriate action, they share the corporate responsibility.
Would it be be better to close the shop down, distribute the cash to shareholders and have it done with these corporate arse holes, that would save all of the cash leak.
are they still not revealing info in case we instigate a police investigation?
If 500k was enough fof a 49% interest might as well 600k loan should be converted into controlling interest. Still have the cash to re-list?
The directors, aim, mms can all fuk off and shove their shares up their Theiving a..rs..ses
Stitched up by a small amount of people, regulators should investigate but they cant be bothered AIM is the wild west, do what you want, its a win win win for the directors...
Well that's the end then. What a complete farce, but typical of AIM though. This should have been the biggest victory for shareholders but AIM closed ranks as usual backed their mates and the shareholder got shafted yet again. I'm pulling all my money out of AIM and going for the slow but steady FTSE100, much less of a gamble there.
All goes well today - simpler strategy ahead. This board makes for dreary reading, lots of corporate interference. Wouldn't bother with it too much now. Email comms with Ben would be far more constructive than unverified bile on here.
Good post Isas, My 15k is not to be sneezed at but many of the stories told by other investors who literally placed all on the Black is very tragic, especially if they end up, like the rest of us with nothing. I wrote my money off until AR and the Action Group emerged. The BS would have been excellent.
Onthemoney if its any consolation, I consider myself naive and stupid in having invested and then gone to these lengths to beat the system, you can't beat them they close ranks (incidently my thesis is that AR is also part of the system, he's in certain circumstances slightly more generous in dispersing the crumbs). If you go to the reconvened meeting tomorrow you will see how they close out using us PIs (i include myself in that) to cold shoulder anyone outside of their ranks. The lesson I am constantly learning don't fall for the hype, always look at the situation objectively and not to idolise anyone, and more importantly ridicule and laugh at yourself when you realise you have been sha..ed, its not easy but better than building stress in yourself. Spikes give the kid a break, I know he was asking for it, but it appears he's sensitive one and built up stress from the NEW merry go round, who wouldn't.
Critsize me as much as you want but many investors made an investment judgment call that seemed amazingly attractive at the time, but the crooked powers conspired to destroy the dreams.
"... openly only admits to fianancial interests in one or two." nonsense, as usual.
