Wow cop that jemgeee straight from the horses mouth.
jemgee - good afternoon from nairobi and i trust that you are well.
no stock has been sold or moved from one entity to another. bough stock that was "loose" and from holders in stranger that have had their investment locked up for a number of years. picked up at listed price as agreed.
no one trying to pump or ramp here. i'm a long term holder that has spent the past 2 years working on this and getting it to market.
and none being sold as clearly my goal is to maintain a major position in this company and like sean i have big ambitions for this company as has *****on from qgc with his gbp3.5m investment.
and please no name calling, no one here is a muppet, we are all here for informed debate and discussions on stocks and in particular here on neo and the work that will be done and driven by sean to get the henkries project advanced.
have a great day and its good to see the moves back up and i'm clearly looking forward to seeing neo become the success i hope it will be.
cheers
Good here for a move back to IPO price and beyond...well done those that got the low 0.7's
Don't be a turnip all your life Jemgeee. Stock is locked up for 6 months as per the prospectus. Brewer has cashed in Marula 4p warrants and has bought NEO..yes he's sold some Marula because he knows NEO is a money maker. Nothing wrong in backing two horses. They are both winners.
Jason puts his money where his mouth is. What he's done at Marula is what he'll do here at NEO. Only he's gone in even bigger here.
Attempts to smear Brewer are beginning to look a little silly!!
Now holding 223,324,461 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.86%
Expect more from other directors at this crazy price.
And there's another TR1 holding RNS. Brewer has bought a further 11,158,361 shares at 1.25p, a 50% premium to market price.
Fill your boots boys and girls. 1p will go today.
This is like MARU..
Only Jason Brewer has taken a bigger holding in NEO...
You think he's a mug?
If you read my previous post you will see that Jason Brewer has increased his holdings from the prospectus holding of 189,500,000 (15.58%) to today's TR1 notification of 212,166,100 (16.97%). Told you he would increase his holdings in NEO. Probably got some more to come at this silly price. Placing was at 1.25p. Fill your boots.
Volume has been tiny with plenty of buys often showing as sells, so not really true as to the reason for the drop. It's just MM's manipulating the price, as they can when it's low volume.
Well I did say and look where this is now, absolute carnage. All that seed money at 0.22 and 6 to 700 million of free shares, looks as if its all coming out.
Don't be daft. You'll probably find there will be director buys and Jason Brewer will increase his holdings at this ridiculous price.
Yes; 2p to 12p. What a terrible performance at Marula!
Lol.. today's price is an easy 5 bagger or 10 bagger. Uranium on the up and already a JORC resource here of 4.7Mlb. Huge scope to expand that 5 X according to Van de Burgh. 20Mlb shallow uranium resource easy dig. Updates coming on operations as they are on site at Henkries. Fill your boots time at the price, imo.
Well,Jason Brewer has really taken me in, as CEO of Marula mining he has 5x my investment in a little over a year! Not too bad in the current market. BLAST, Ive just remembered,Im also invested in Shuka minerals another company he is involved with (tipped to be one of the nano cap stocks of 2024).Im in here too,so Im really screwed! Thanks again for the warning, most kind of you.
Checkered history! Please elaborate on your factual evidence of his past, so I can sceenshot it and send it to him.
Jemgeee They are locked in for 6 moths so can't sell..
As per prospectus. p126

Pretty sure price weakness is being caused by STHP ( stranger Holdings ) liquidating stock at a loss after 6 years off market. But good price to top up or buy for newbies imho
Added a few more this pm,bargain price.Great prospects here with Jason et alia.
work on henkries proving up five times current uranium resource. production starts next year.

CEO Sean Heathcote has just landed back in South Africa today. So maybe the news will flow.
Need news here for the market to believe and give a reason to send the price higher..What are you doing NEO?
