If you read RC , you will notice he has 20years experience financing oil and gas and went straight into NCT. Big difference between financing and running a company.

Oilbuy since tge name change this board is effectively defunct - go to the MYN board.......
Could be a good idea to let someone else take responsibility at SC. It would be interesting to know the cost factor in doing this and how many hours per week contract. This will give RC more time to concentrate on Mexico , let's hope he puts it to good use !

Cheers Mr magic I agree with you these things can take time but I'm sure youl agreeif Tabasco site is up and running and cash generative plus we have set a president on development design and productivity then to role out others can take less set up time with hopefully confidence re bank funding in Place or institutional funding on the strength of awarded future contracts Or maybe a visit to the dragons den is needed !!!!
Will this site become MYN - already gone??
Hi Blingy Firstly note the board has now moved to MYN Secondly, for the record, I have never suggested the Pemex opportunity will collapse or fall flat, simply that it is nothing but a Letter Of Intent at this stage. It's a great opportunity and should provide good value if a decent deal is eventually struck. I suggest however that it will be months before such a deal is finally completed, signed and ratified. On that basis the more immediate concerns imo are cash funds for the here and now.
Sorry didn't also mention that I feel this is the reason rsndy now has stepped down as he needs mexican based people and contacts pushing this forward and he is aware of handing this overto Abraham and others to now go forward with Mayan and build up relationships and strike deals With shoats creek and Oklahoma I think this will be a division off Mexico with its own board possibly My thoughts only

Having just read again the rns re Pemex deal and letters of intent for remediation plant and future plans labratt and Mr magic are completely right in stating that they are just letters of intent at this stage and could collapse at any time Ive met and talked to abraham acher and this was always going to be his role in nct re His contacts and position as president of Latin American CNH. But let's for one minute assume they do come to fruition and contractual stage then a company worth £3 mill is negotiating a possible deal with a $100 billion company with a huge potential in other areas but it could All fall flat

Going forward with agreements Pemex potentially looks amazing As long as issues with invoicing times which Pemex are notorious for is sorted but sure this will be reflected in any heads of agreements or contracts signed Welcome back noli
welcome back Noli - that was a long holiday, lol But back just in time, yes, forget NCT, think Mayan Energy and MYN : ) What next indeed : ) : )
The Mayan board is now open and active....

What you meant to say is you cannot answer the questions. Make sure you use the filter button correctly this time because clearly you did not do it the last time, someone who says they are doing something then does not is really genuine.

You just need to have a good read of the Aminex report in 2014 (this was the Circular issued by Aminex to its shareholders when NCT agreed to acquire their Shoats Creek/Alta Loma interests - Aminex at that point wanted to fully focused on building their Tanzania business) to see many unfinished projects were still in the pipeline when they sold. Page 39 for a few pages will give a flavour. But it is very interesting and relevant today that the Aminex made this statement then in relation to monetising the gas opportunity at SC: "The Aminex operated leases are currently not equipped for gas sales. The field development plan (FDP) includes capital to install gas gathering and processing equipment in 2014 to facilitate future gas sales." And that's where Aminex left off. Now we have been told that the LM14 workover has gas huge potential that infrastructure (and sales contract) is ready soon to take delivery of untapped LM14 gas. And also other gaseous zones. Stephen Brock our new Vice President of SC Operations will tell us more soon imo Obviously the model in the report was using higher prices then i.e. $4.5 for gas; but today we are told that at $2.75 (and rising) that there is money to be made. This is a volume game imo, they wouldn't bother if they were not confident of decent levels of gas. imo http://www.aminex-plc.com/FCKuploads/file/publications/140806_Circular%20for%20Proposed%20Disposal%20of%20Aminex%20USA%20Inc%20and%20Notice%20of%20General%20Meeting.pdf

Best ignored imo. Quite likely they are a shorting crew or placing flippers. Either way, you identify them by their traits: - They trade in insults not facts - They peddle rumours not facts - They won't talk about hard cash, revenue, income and lack thereof - They won't talk about placings, share issues, fund raises - 99% of their drivel is uncertain or unconfirmed future potential, "jam tomorrow" - They are collectively posting 100s of posts day in day out, pumping the stock for all its worth - Many of them are often found to be operating multiple accounts Every AIM stock has BB groups like this imo. Stick to the hard facts. Read the Annual Report, read the RNSs.
