Tomorrow.
How does one quote the future exactly?!!! Not hard to predict it though. Company showed a $6m loss for the year as at Dec 31st 2015. Has already increased share issue since then from circa 6bn to 10bn, SP tanked from circa 0.1p to 0.03p. In the Annual Report revenue was stated as $841,000, Other Admin Expenses stated as $4.3m. That's a rather large gap to fill wouldn't you say? No ramping or deramping here, just cold hard facts from the report. How do you propose the company will fill that size of gap THIS YEAR? Genuine question.
and they are all powered by Duracell Batteries.....they go on, and on, and on, and on
You can always tell who they are.....they only have the ability to quote the past......and never the future.....GLA....
"The gas at SC is worth a multiple of our market cap" Based on test results . . . . lols take with a pinch of salt imo. Current MCAP is approx. £3m but that will likely drop on the next placing imo. "Other Admin Expenses" for year ending Dec 2015 were $4.3m or £3.2m so those kind of costs as well as salaries/remunerations have to be covered before you can start talking about real profit or value for shareholders imo. I would wait for actual gas production figures (as well as all costs) before making any assumptions and if those go the way of LM#20 actual production figures then we won't find out what they are this side of Christmas !
"Well I think we will be in a better position to judge him shortly. " big smiles : ) And absolutely spot on. Not only Shoats Creek imo
Well I think we will be in a better position to judge him shortly. I think he has made some mistakes but some of that is with benefit of hindsight and he has been operating in a difficult environment. The gas at SC is worth a multiple of our market cap. The DCF for Alta Loma must be looking pretty good.
Yes but we needed the cash to shore up the books due to all the costly consultants we will have used. He built a house on foundations of sand, well done Randy, great work. And then he sold off equity in the house to go for a loft conversion and a garage extension, which were never finished. He is incompetent
can a board have ??
Only some wells were farmed out and that was done after Mexico bidding was terminated. He didn't farm out LM14 did he? Except for Randy we wouldn't have Shoats Creek or Alta Loma. You have to credit him for the things he got right. He pulled MX bidding because the last minute advice was that MXO and NCT would be deemed to be in a consortium. Alta Loma has cost us £50k max and I don't know if we have actually had to pay any of it yet. Alta Loma is probably worth £300k and heading north.
Yeah Randy played a real blinder with SC by selling off our crown jewels for a complete waste of time foray into MX, that several rampers on here thought was ingenious. Idiots
Seen it before vague hints that can be used to create the illusion of knowing beforehand. Its great to see that the rumoured new CEO is already getting tainted with providing information for a select few before he has even taken up the role. That's a first for me.
Tragic you are wasted on this BB - you ask sooooooooooo funny
earlier today. 2,898 shares sold for 84p. Rumour has it the seller decided to buy a first class postage stamp so he could actually get something delivered with his money !
Mayan Drilling Fluids (51% owned by NCT) are due to update the market (over 90 days now). Hopefully we will how resourceful Abraham Achar has been with his local business network? Contracts etc etc...
I bet you're fun at parties MrMagic...
Keep asking him Labratt. He's simply peddling rumours and hoping that if he says it often enough, people will come to believe it. These are desperate tactics for stock promoting. A company should stand on its own through its fundamentals. The "wink wink nudge nudge" brigade show themselves to be the least confident of all the "investors" here. Had they one iota of confidence in the fundamentals they would sit back and watch the success stories roll in, not be on a BB 24x7 posting 10-20 sound bites per day ! LSE Admin should be all over this shameful rumour mongering.
Surely you mean this one... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QIw1BQIvT4

@earache - it's called cognitive dissonance. http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-36744911 If the link's removed search for "Chilcot: why we cover our ears to the facts" on the BBC website. It's an interesting read and seems to apply quite appropriately to many on this board, imo :-)
Why can you not answer those questions very odd response. Nothing in those questions that could breach lse rules. Why would his oil experience not be able to be posted on a public board. Why would his experience in running listed companies not be able to posted on a public board.
I can see you're going to be very disappointed labrat, sell up before it's too late... Your clear frustration repeated again I see. I cannot answer those questions on a public board...I've told you before....but you keep repeating your requests.....no go...
or even just honestly discuss things instead of trying to be a pain. I said a long while back that Randy needed a dedicated drill guy to release him and let him get on with the deals. Looks like Bryon Conley is that drill guy. The classic example was letting the drill permit go out of date in early 2015 when they wanted to drill LM20. I suspect Randy simply had too much on his plate and he needed a drill guy to deal with that sort of thing. NB if the gas price stays high and goes north of $3 which the futures say it will then Randy has done a stunning deal at Alta Loma. On Shoats Creek he has pulled an absolute blinder, as will be clear when the CPR eventually comes out and the workovers are completed. The 2014 Aminex report completely underestimated how much oil and gas there was available to recover.
I have asked questions which you seem reluctant to answer. Heavyweight has been banded around, cv does not fit this. Repeated again What is the largest turnover of the rumoured incoming CEOs current companies? What is his most significant oil experience? Experience running listed companies?
Isn't the Oklahoma output mostly gas and rich gas that sells at a premium? !At current levels it is anticipated that the well will have a relatively flat production profile for an extended period of time. Together with the net 39 barrels of oil equivalent per day (‘BOEPD’) producing from the Company’s Oklahoma portfolio" http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/NCT/12725545.html It may be that the income from Oklahoma has gone up substantially in the last few months as well. PS I note that on LM20 some people's comments about it dropping from 250 barrels to 100 barrels look to be incorrect. NCT said 200 to 250 barrels: it looks to me that LM20 is being produced at 132 barrels per day. No mention of gas but originally it was producing 250k cu ft. It looks like there is north of 3.25mil cu ft pd gross available out of the wells that we know about. DYOR
