lols,. Straight out of the Ramping Handbook 101. "Coiled Spring" "Something brewing" "MMs can't hold it back much longer" "MMs need shares", "This will fly" "SP flies on the tiniest bit of news" "Wish I had more funds to invest" Seriously if you guys want NCT to look like it's not a typical AIM company then you need to stop with the silly sound bites.
Where there's a seller, there's a buyer and those selling can only sell once.. All healthy in my book.. Coiled spring comes to mind.. Roll on next week.. Have a good weekend all :-))

thanks, that's very interesting - I hadn't realised that - so well before his involvement with his full-time role at Northcote; yes, really is time to hear what's he's been up to......could make a good guess, lol
Yes bigtimber re Abraham Achar RNS last year - last sentence, his key role; but we've heard nothing on that front...guess these things take time....and of course he can't push it all NCT way, ha ha 8 April 2015 Northcote Energy Ltd (`Northcote' or `the Company') Mexico update Northcote (AIM: NCT) is pleased to announce that Abraham Achar, the Company's Executive Vice President of Mexico, has been appointed as President of the Latin American Oil & Gas Association (LAOGA) for Dallas, Texas. LAOGA is an organisation focussed on integrating and the sustainable development of the North and South American energy markets. In his role as President he will work to introduce US based companies to the opportunities opening in the Mexican Energy Sector and Latin America generally.

down 12% maybe doing a placing to farm into the rest of Shoats Creek?
Pardon me for butting into your conversation but, whom did you ask direct questions to?
Because I asked direct questions based on what I found out; I was given very specific details but asked not to post publicly. That's how it will remain. Right off out.
That is the definition of a fact providing evidence hence it is an opinion until it can backed up with evidence. If the deal has not been reported then how have you independently verified the authenticity of the evidence?
Re gas to electricity. The revenue upside for ADL on GTE is 6 times. There will be a similar upside to MX deals. It will be down to negotiations but I still think there is scope to flared gas and use it in GTE. DYOR
Another fact "Mexico’s relationship with Houston, Texas, is particularly important. In 2014, the trade accounts between these two areas reached $192 million, a figure that is expected to dramatically increase following the implementation of a 230km pipeline that will carry natural gas from the U.S. to Mexico."
There have been several x border pipelines and energy deals announced: I have posted about them on here. MX has a huge gas shortage, gas and electricity prices are much higher than in the US.
why no disclosure?....pretty obvious really, deal terms are commercially sensitive? Competitors would be very interested in a large supply deal, don't you think? The cross border deals are growing significantly. ...plenty of opportunities for private US companies exporting to MX; but you try and find the detail - as I said they are confidential for obvious reasons. http://www.theworldfolio.com/news/pipelines-that-bind-us-and-mexico-to-increase-energy-integration/4111/
Such a large deal would surely have created some press reports, why can you not post these? Posting press reports does not breach lse rules.
Some of the shallow offshore fields in Ronde 2.1 are offshore Tabasco. The RP could service them.
Stuy - "I think many investors view and compare NCT to many AIM listers and hold no longer than a few months then move on" That's probably because it has recently displayed many of the attributes of many typical AIM listers. It posted a significant loss in the end of year accounts recently published, expended $millions in "Other Administrative Expenses", increased the share issue from approx 7bn to over 10bn so far in 2016 and presided over share price destructuion from approx 0.07p to todays 0,0285p again so far in 2016, Newsflow has also been late and lacking sufficient detail imo and in that of others. So yes, if you think investors compare this to many other typical AIM outfits then if you are being rational and objective, you have to see their point, A good AIM company doesn't need to be pumped on a daily basis, it stands on its own fundamentals, It doesn't need to have people posting "wink wink nudge nudge" sound bites and spreading silly rumours, in fact such posters do the company a disservice in this respect making it look all the more like a typical AIM offering.
"Eagle Energy" ??
well this time last year we were heading towards 0.28 every holder should get slightly rampy occasionally !! it could do our wallets the power of good.... 10 bagger, 10 bagger, 10 bagger, 10 bagger, 10 bagger, 10 bagger, 10 bagger, seriously though, fingers crossed for a company changing update very soon!
"Out with the old in with the new" Northcote is synominious with great expectations and very slow delivery ( if at all) I would suggest that the trading name Northcote gets buried and reinvents a new name with the relevant branding ... So what do you think Eddie will call our new company? Obviously imo.
Superb post BigT,. Northcote is a complex company, an Investment company, diverse in so many ways.. I think many investors view and compare NCT to many AIM listers and hold no longer than a few months then move on.. Posts such as yours, Ors, Helpful and others certainly make it easier to understand.. The upside from Northcote is going to be emmense.. Once we hear about board changes (If any), a poss new CEO and team (Or not), RP, SC, PP, plus+ and still I believe a big prize from Mexico,.A company changer' To me, I see Northcote as being reborn and a whole new ethos will surround our new, not so small Northcote.. Out with the old and in with the new... Jeez, sorry folks, I'm in a rampy mood tonight! dyor of course ;-)
St Brides do nothing except send out a copy of the RNS's, and then after being told that there are errors, they say, thank you, we will advise the company.......the Nomad is the one who should be checking and clearly didn't....this is not first time, but the big difference this time is that RC did not write the Shoats Creek update, nor did the Chairman.....try the bean counter I'd say.... IF true, I think the near term news from the company should do all the talking....forget these PR amateurs, they really are just that.....
