As per a football team (perpetuating the analogy) leadership is critical, be that the captain on the field or the manager in the dugout. What I saw was a guy saying, we want to win the premiership (gold standard), and this is how we are going to do it. Collaborative working, change of tactics, clear vision, flexibility and receptive to change, not inhibited by past glories or failures, a drive and determination. It does help when you inherit some great players in the team and decent facilities, just change the priorities and ways of working. Stop messing around in the back four, just play quicker through your midfield and let your forwards do the work. Win a few contracts/trophies and the belief sets in. Bit of fun I know but I see an awful lot of positives here and in SKIN.
I know nothing about football but do know that every team has a captain. Who was the captain during the period where strikers and defence were not co-ordinating and is that same person still in place?
I'm asking because I want to understand the analogy and make a point about leadership. I'm not saying fire anybody (you would probably not listen anyway!), just asking whether you are sure you have the right people running the show every day of the week. No judgement but the question should be asked and certainly should be answered.

I think Microtox and Microtrace would be Ronaldo and Mesi.....and the manager (GJB) would be Alex Ferguson!

@Stu @Cammy I like the analogy and would describe it in the following manner.
MWG have been blessed with one of the most experienced forwards and two of the best known strikers (Microtox and Microtrace) in the water contamination monitoring that have between them 30 years of experience in international (global) accumulated expertise.
Unfortunately, the defenders were chasing Membranes and desalination balls and were not passing the ball forward to the ones who could deliver the results. In the end, the forwards were coming back to defend, rather than strike.
The SKIN team was dropped in to provide robust defense in production and create left and right wing support with instant alert opportunities to be dropped right into the forward positions with real commercial expertise and artificial intelligence to give the two strikers multiple chances to shoot for goals, all over the world.
A world class performance as they perfect their skills and combine their commercial and brand skills to be number 1 in the world on land and sea.
Operating on 4 Continents it is easy to see awards not just in China, but rewards for world class solutions to global problems.
That's the vision for where we are heading
