Low float - you better believe it:
(Borrowed ..)
Shares accounted for... over 67% here ADD ACACIA to 67% = VERY LOW FLOAT
So not much free float at all.
Someone care to do the maths of this.
Dean L Gallegos 1,630,000 19.4%
The Australian Special Opportunity Fund, LP 1,000,000 11.9%
Optiva Securities Investments 645,000 7.7%
Matthew Lumb 500,000 5.9%
Curtis Burton 500,000 5.9%
William Richards 500,000 5.9%
Jonas & Catherine Chow 300,000 3.6%
Helen Mary Leighton 300,000 3.6%
Adrian Whitaker 300,000 3.6%
Add ACACIA .....?
My reasoning is the volume is still low, and rising.
Herd arrives WED.
Bummerd,
I think you got in before the herd.
This will climb steadily, before the herd pays attention.
Ignore the spread, as it improves as it ticks up.
Welcome aboard
Same here. I guess I am one of the herd some on this board were expecting.
I am a long term investor in BMN, as is Mr Borromeo. BMN are building a Vanadium VRFB vertical business with ownership of IES (aim listed) and Enerox (unlisted) and vanadium electrolyte supply agreements exist between BMN and both companies. If the MUST spac evolves into the full listing of Enerox, then its worth holding MUST. I am invested also in IES where I invested early on the same basis and it worked out very well. Speculative, but consider the smoke and look for the fire. GLA
Cando,
My take on next 2 weeks:
Regarding ACACIA (New minerals new investor..) and Mustang Energy. (The company)...
Friday’s new Investor RNS announcement could follow a very similar pattern to a number of AIM companies in recent weeks, where a “new Investor” came on board, announcement commenced with an initial small placing take up by Investor, leading to 2nd “additional” successful larger placing with an Investor, becoming largest majority holder in company followed by newly appointing 1-2 BOD’s with special expertise from Investors. In parallel this all equated to “significant upside in company’s share price and significant increase in market Capitalisation” “tenfold” in some cases from initial investment date.
Some investors will already resonate with the recent cycle or pattern with GST, CLP and others.
RISKS
+ The downside risk is reduced at £2m cap.
+ The upside is very exciting with new investor on board, could be significant rise as news is dropped in the weeks ahead.
Upside achievable: 70p. I.e -£1=£10m Mcap only.
RNS NEWS to follow:
Newly appointed BOD’s
Uptake of additional placing at 18p
Update on Acquisition news
Share Float in issue = 10.2m
(Public float is far lower)
Current Market cap= £2m (risen since..friday)
2 battery holds
FAR. and MUST.
Both rising.
Agree fig
Going to be a good here for all of us
Nice rise this morning again
Hi Fig
This has been one of mine for a while loving just seeing the rise quietly and steady as she goes and loving the board before the herd turn up and spoil it LOL
Cando,
Good to know you are on board.
Great great buy.
Silly low market cap and share count = explosive growth. Been waiting for some action here for a while. Love a low market cap.
I think we’re all just sitting in the background watching it go up and it’s lovely that the board is so nice
GLA
ACCUMULATION TIME THIS...shhhhh
Ignore the spread
THIS WILL EXPLODE, when it moves;)
Good to see this company changing course & heading green, battery storage energy sectors. Although the oil sector is in an upward trend at the moment it tends to be a more volitile sector. BP heading green & many will follow in the future. GLA & I can see more climbing on-board next week. It's a MUST.
Unfortunately there has always been a big spread on this.
Thinking of investing here, but i see big a spread even thou its climbing.
It’s nice that I can read a good board but as someone said next week there will be so many silly posts from people just popping in
GLA and have a great weekend and next week should be good
FIRA2011 -
>>FILTERED<<
Happy weekend :)
No one is asking no one to buy,or follow. Move on if you are not a holder. Simples.
However,
If you understand and follow your own gut, confident in your research, seen this before, over the past 12months, understand what is exactly happening here, the likelyhood is you will be pleasantly rewarded for you patience and purchases.
I have a target of 60p.
Based on small market cap = £5.88m
No of shares in issue will drive this forward.
This is a hold, wait and watch.
Good sready start today.
Herd will arrive nect week...
Energy storage and in particular batteries is going to be huge for the uk energy transition (and global) .. huge volumes forecasted so could get very interesting
Could see a huge rise here today.
2m cap .
Acacia are connected to bmn
Bullish :D
