Remember a company pmg parkmead they changed director a few years back and the share price went from 0.5 to 39p in a month
Do people see this going back to 40p range any time soon?
RTO cheapest BIO to come to the market IMO , We will see Updates until June
Lumbo gone at last!!!! Praise the lord!!!!
You know you've done a crap job when you get the sack and the share price goes up 60%!
Game changing RNS...lumsden gone is worth at least a few pennies...after all in his stewardship this managed to go from 40p to 0.2!
Iclaprim actually passed P3 with motif, in fact they passed TWO phase 3 trials. Trials that were supposed to have been set up in accoradance with the FDA after the Arpida failure.
That's why so many people loaded up around 40p and that's why the CRL from the FDA was such a shock.
Liver toxicity wasn't even raised in the pre submission meeting apparently. Was all very fishy. Either lumsden ignored the toxicity in exchange for milking a pay packet for 5 yrs, or the FDA didn't want to approve even with a black label due to big pharma leaning on them or whatever.
Whatever happened, I certainly wouldn't begrudge LTHs any fortune at all here!
There were talks of nebulizing iclaprim under the days of GL. What you failed to say however, is the liver toxicity was also an issue for arpida! That's why that phase 3 failed. So either GL and the BoD ignored those risks, or it really is an issue. Of course does nebulizing change that, who knows. There's value here now I believe
As draft rightly said, there will be huge dilution in the near future if an RTO takes place, failing that Hercules will take all assets as payment leaving Motif worthless, very high risk bet.
I never NEVER thought I'd be interested here again. Certainly can't lose as much as last time, hoping to get a few £s from this. Feels like a dirty trade though
He's listed as NED at Lemaller here (and also if you have a general google):

Can't argue with the possibilities of the link considering they had sthg going on between the companies already. Going to be an interesting month, one way or another.
Forgive me for doing some wishful thinking, my paper loss here is horrific so would love to see anything at all come of this.
Upto penny today ?
In at 0.19 this morning ,but this could do a 3 digit daily rise, they will want the price higher if they go to raise funds and also to attempts rto they need to get the share price higher ,again high risk but do your own research.
In the current climate of pharma mania .....any announcments and connections here will see this rocket to the moon.
dyor
Lol, don't talk wet hunkymunky, you appear some what clueless........iclaprim passed phase 11 trials, and the FDA didn't clear the drug in the all important phase 111 trials because of toxicity concerns, the drug was administered intavenously....the FDA wanted Motif to carryout another phase 111 trial to clear up any concerns, but Motif didn't didn't have the funds...iclaprim, is now clear to enter phase 111 trials by anyone who wants to advance development again, ad if it's Lamellar , then it would be administered through their nebulised/inhalor technology straight to the lungs which would very likely reduce any toxicity issus associated with liver function. Gla Holders.....On and very much UP!!! ;-)
Looks like a dead cert with Lamellar's Chris Wardhaugh appointed as a Non-Executive Director of MTFB;
If Iclaprim is the main compound in Lamellar's LAMELLASOMEâ„¢ nebulised formulation treatment believed to have inherent attributes that are extremely well suited to be a potential approach to preventing the onset of the serious respiratory symptoms seen in COVID-19 patients, then presumably because Iclaprim has already been cleared in Phase 11 patient trials, then Lamellar's technology and formulation could go straight into CV patient trials. This would be highly significant and make Lamellar the most likely RTO target and transformational for all invested, with the prospect of Lamellar's inhaler technology reaching CV patients immediately , and then potentially scaled up for commercialisation on positive trials, and if this is the case then this would be absolutely huge and maybe the multi-bags of all multi-bags from current rockbottom sp... Gla !!! ;-)
Except if you look at Lamellar's website and Companies House, Wardhaugh is not disclosed as a NED?
Am I missing something?
Fair play Moneymunch, Wardhaugh is indeed a NED at Lamellar. Don't wanna ramp the connection too much but am certainly keeping fingers crossed for ANYTHING at all to come of this! High risk but any further announcement (other than a 'help the lumsden' fund) will see the SP go nuts once again.
GLA...
on companies house - burns through 2mill cash a year almost - will be on fumes
And as I have said before a very cheap vehicle into the AIM stock market if time is of the essence and the new company deals with time sensitive products. Come on think outside the box a little!
Dead cat bounce, good luck, I do believe the trade could be there
"reverse takeover", then what? There's £230k in the bank, there can only be one outcome after that, more dilution. GL was a utter disaster, "liver toxicity" "overlooked" when the information was there from the previous trials! I just don't see an or for existing holders, even if you have bought at these levels.
Very high risk ,money required etc but maybe value on a daily trade .
You don’t do a restructure and appoint new board member positions on a sinking ship, no one wants to take over a sinking ship a couple of months away from it going down. UNLESS there is more happening in the background! Which I have suspected for a while!
has a stupidly high cash burn so if they rto that in here they ll need to raise asap
They have enough until June now (probably thanks to finally forcing lumsden to take a cut) and they become a shell in July if nothing happens until then. So let's see...
Theres no cash so they ll have to raise and probably Lower.
