just thoth taking out his frustration on SAR's lack of movement on rivals... funny how he's so gung ho about the share he says he's fully invested in deciding to try and stick the boot in on a pharma he has no stake in... guess it takes all sorts... always thought he was above board on SAR... seems he changes in the dark... there's possibly a pharma treatment for that... :)
I read a post from one of the resident bears earlier asking why MTFB have not diclosed full content of CRL. Its very rare that ever happens. Disclosure of a CRL and reason is obigatory but full detail isnt and doesnt happen..

so better find some more cash!

eradicant very interesting take on matters.bod will have a hard job so i expect them to keep very firmly focussed on the formal business but you may well be right that there will be a S/P reaction depending on the views formed by the meeting.
Scott, have you considered the BODs have a much harder job to face the scrutiny of investors before they are allowed to make any official comment but also not be evasive. I think it would extremely hard for them not to give some indication of how the FDA meeting went & you will have an opportunity to look them in the eyes and judge for yourself which way its going to go prior to an official news drops. 'Having studied people for a long time' this will be a distinct advantage to you so I would have thought you would be keen to attend!?
Following the meeting I think the SP will alter according to the balance of how people make their own judgements.
Now put those binoculars down or i'm shutting the curtains.
is the quote of the day! Scott, what you get up to with your binoculars is of no interest to this board.
guess we'll see what the reaction is.
now, why doesn't someone buy all 45mill shares so we can see this bag in the run up to the meet!
gla.
I wonder why a person like SP who is not invested here is bothering to post this mindless rubbish.
good attempt at sounding reasonable but spoilt by your reference to the nasdaq.what is the point in referring to it now other than to seek to reinforce your determinedly negative assessment of the BOD and the product.do you study people in a professional capacity or is it just a hobby?
i give up. Your not taking anything on board. Are you paid or just trying to short ???
Marineville, nail on the head there buddy and at some stage the placing will be all but gone and then you will see the rise imho
report it... then add your concerns in the description...
can't think of anything more suspcious than someone who just starts posting and then spends every post since creation to troll a share...
they'll be removed soon enough, especially when the ranting gets shouty...
i filtered the berk (nice 1970s insult!) yesterday but am happy to unfilter to report...
cheers, all
everything is a trading share... just you have to wait to be in profit to trade it... those 45million placing shares are all in profit... imo, that's why you've got all the rounded big sells and some piddling buys to keep the price up... the ii's are selling with guaranteed 30%...only folk who wouldn't are going to be those who are 50% or higher in the red!
you might be waiting for the meeting, i'm just looking for 15p, whenever it comes... the ii's are just looking for guaranteed profit... with £2.7mill @ 6p, they're making £900k without breaking a sweat.
annoying, but there it is...
not saying it isn't more palatable.im saying to post that it is the only reason for having the Agm on the fixed date is mere supposition on your part.no evidence to support it so why don't you top posting conjecture as though its known fact.you are suggesting that bod have already concluded that the nails are going the coffin which is imo totally unwarranted by information in the public domain.the product /company may well fail but at the moment its just conjecture without basis other than an obvious and increasingly desperate agenda.
your starting to clutch at straws.....didnt know the company was bust or diluted beyond oblivion.....link please
Do you actually hold shares here and if so why?........seems like a simple question but hard to get an answer to.
Is shorting this and is getting worried as it goes up.
Also he is only long on SAR and that is years doing nothing and years away from achieving nothing whilst needing over £30m pounds to do it all.
Pish Throth aka Scott, have a nice day.
i know the speculation around the date of the AGD is in reality pointless but does anyone else feel that the use of the phrase "before the final nail in the coffin is tapped in on the 3rd june "sits a little oddly with some one who is professing to be voicing genuine concerns? it seems to me that it is redolent of someone who has reached an irrefragable conclusion which is not going be swayed by any counter arguments or suggestions.for my part i have no idea why the AGM has been fixed when it has.i very much doubt it has anything to do with possible fears on the part of the bod that they may face hostile questioning at what is after all a purely formal meeting for transacting legally required formal company business.even if it includes a question and answer session it will no doubt be carefully orchestrated and would be unlikely to worry most ceos who are i imagine for the most part reasonably robust individuals well capable of holding their own in a public forum.genuine concerns or agenda driven scaremongering?the choice is yours
FFS man, this is not a trading share!!!!
Everyone who is not mental is in here for the CRL follow up meeting.
and they're making a tidy amount... you can see it happening, sold at 8.6... 30% profit on the recent 45mill shares at 6p is making someone a tidy profit for absolutely no effort... being going on for days now...
frankly, if i could've bought in at 6p i'd be doing the same too... but, as it is, we have to wait for them to be bought up and, in the meantime, it's putting a cap on the sp rising...
Investors would know the score. Invest on.information rather than bb bs. Why not publish ? Suggests something to be kept out of public. Just publish it and end the nonsense
nice to have a reminder of fallivility! (something i remember from sometime last year... i almost fell for it too... :)
just like you guessing that SAR would've been 3p last year on milestone payment and 20p by end of 2018...
still, that's the beauty of guesses, easily stated, easily forgotten!
then i'm surprised that company hasn't saihe d as much as, atm, most feel that the company and the pharma has been negatively viewed. if it really wasn't assessed at all, due to inadequate info, then this is pretty much at the same stage, submission-wise, as it was when the sp was 23p prior to moving up to 43p.
my take only... may well send email in the morning to ask, if that IS the case, why tpoint hasn't been expressed more comprehensively. trolls will have an explanation why, i'm sure... :)
