Wise words reiterated. Choose a target above 25 pence. Day tradings going to sting with this stock.
£10k buy.. good start to the afternoon Gla
Dont think about day trading MPAY... You have gotta be really unlucky to loose money on this gem ! hold for trading update which is due shortly . Today's RNS simply reconfims that our technology platform is scalable and fit for today's purpose ( lot of money was invested in past couple of years) . Time to reap the rewards :) Metal
https://t.co/UgvQbxN6s9?amp=1 19.2p pivot level. Today gone above 200 day moving average with support at 17.2p. Need to close above 19.2p then next resistance levels will be 24.88p and then 29.47p. Positive trading update will push us past these IMO. Dyor
Ok tom I'm convinced... with good news this morning, update imminent and small float got to be worth a punt on a boring August afternoon. I'm in
And the market makers here will be really screwed. Hardly any shares in free float.
"FinTech funding in the U.S. increased to $2 billion in the quarter, up from just $500 million in Q1 2017." "Across the globe, FinTech funding grew, too, more than doubling quarter over quarter to $8.4 billion." http://www.pymnts.com/news/b2b-payments/2017/kpmg-venture-capitalists-invest-in-us-fintech-startups/ With a market cap of around £7.5 million and this new deal as announced today with multiple other Tier-1 clients things are looking very good indeed.
Payment by QR codes is huge business and if Mi-Pay can get involved with this a help facilitate these payments then we will be on to a winner here. "With the technology behind QR codes, which uses EMV for contactless payments, being used in countries around the world, it may not be too much longer before we see this payment method on the rise. Here are the numbers: $5.5 trillion | Amount of mobile payments made in China alone each year 70 percent | Percentage of people around the world that have a smartphone mobile device." We won't be able to enter the Chinese market (I've been living in China over 12 years now) and this is a closed shop. However, with QR payments on the rise, Mi-Pay is well placed to take full advantage of this trend. I hardly ever use cash anymore and pay for most things using QR codes. Mi-Pay have been tweeting about this trend a great deal of late. This trading update should tell us more.
Mi-Pay twitter account in regards to payments by QR codes. http://www.pymnts.com/today-in-data/2017/today-in-data-qr-codes-in-payments/amp/
Managed to top up nicely this morning after it dropped back a bit. Market cap at moment is ridiculously low. Should be actually turning a profit this year and with growth in Fin-Tech rising so rapidly coupled with Mi-Pay at the forefront will see a big rerate here. Especially with so few shares in free float. Good luck all.
Standard sells for half eight after news. wait till people have flipped and buy in on the low if you can. Good luck with today everyone.
I'd prefer early next week to a Friday for the trading update. Hopefully we'll see the sp build into it as positions are taken in anticipation, especially as todays contract news and figures are absorbed.
My pay date isn't for a few more days so no further updates yet please :-). Very informative board and lots of investors on here who are well read in IT/Techno stocks I suspect and are reinforcing the belief that I have in this share. Onwards and upwards! GLA
Around 2% for each transaction after bank costs, fraud costs etc. This means from this deal we will be getting 2 million Euros per year. This is just ONE client. We have around 10 top tier clients. Market cap should be around 4 x revenue (not transactions) 2% of €100,000,000 is 2 million x 4 = €8 million. This one client is slightly less than our market cap now of £8.73 million. Add all of of other clients in to this and you can see where this is going. Revenues increasing each year as is profit margin. Only one way this is going.
It's due today isn't it? Or maybe they'll release it tomorrow.
exceptional timing for such a strong RNS when we are all expecting a different strong RNS ... tees it up very nicely for the trading update. Surely due any day now.
Yes Matador78 well timed indeed! Ducks lining up nicely and can see a big rise here in next few weeks.
From the January 2016 trading update: 'Trading for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been in line with market expectations. Total revenue for the year is expected to be £3.3 million (2015: £3.0 million) and the Company has continued to experience strong growth in transactions, delivering an increase in payment transaction values processed to £83 million during the year (2015: £65 million)." 19th October we had a market cap of £12.27 million. http://hybridan.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/19th-october-2015.pdf "The shares are currently trading at around 4x sales. This is not particularly stretched when compared to other AIM Fin-tech companies WITHOUT EARNINGS." However, it is looking very likely that with the new trading update coming out very soon we will be actually TURNING A PROFIT and our market cap should rerate very fast especially since we have seen today with just one deal how well things are going.
Big move coming you would think. £7million mcap.
Finally a company that thinks strategically about when to release their RNS. This is looking very very good.
OMG that's an amazing RNS! What amazing potential! GLA!
See what they have done with just one client. Then with this new trading update I am sure we will see an increase in even more transactions. I love the fact our clients are all tier 1 companies too such as Tesco, 02, Sainsbury's, Vodafone, Three etc. Not to mention South East Asia interests coming through later. Also market leading at what they do. Plenty of cash in the bank and reducing delivery costs as well.
Yes a real taster for the mid year trading update. "Mi-Pay will be integrating and providing new services to the client's customers, improving the end user digital payment experience" I love the part about providing new services. Is this maybe to do with QR payment they have been tweeting on their twitter channel I wonder?
This is amazing news. This is a taster for the mid year trading update!
Am I reading this right? That from this one contract deal, the per annum transaction value processed is €100,000,000? Not including all our other clients?
