Getting primed to pop!
News could drop at any time on multiple fronts!
Don't miss out!
GL.
Appears to be demand in large volume. I feel like this moves above the 200dma and the tech analysts and their followers jump aboard.
Even more on the march:-

Holding taken to 750k. Waiting patiently (and won’t be long imo) for the MDA to drop.
H2 23 gonna be a corker for MKA.
Hopefully. At the risk of tempting fate, the SP seems to be holding up well, given the rise yesterday.
Not going to start getting particularly excited unless/until we get close to the 16p level, although I appreciate that there are resistance levels prior to that.
Naturally, I am hopeful of a much higher SP than that before I consider taking profits (should it come to pass), but material news will be required before that stage. GLA.
An afternoon of buying like yesterday maybe?
My morning 20,000 share top up showing as a sell….
Morning.
You can't always read something from price but you usually can from volume - heating up now.
As you say MDA is key for priority just as much hypromag as well.
Malawi - Alex Lemon MKA and MOM Malawi both confirmed only a couple of points to sort... probably being inked by the legal team as we speak
Hypromag - expecting $20m or so grant from US, absolute chump change from the endless pot of cash they have aside for precisely this type of "pioneering tech". Competitors beware, try and get in on this with the knowledge you're up against $100m R&D.
No wonder the share price has gone up!
Excellent day at the races
Whatever happened to the HSBC guy? Is he still in? Good to see twelve again. Wake me up when we’re crossing my average of 30.
Things are just warming up here. Confidence returns as soon at that MDA lands which has been weighing down on the SP for too long. Beyond that Myles post just now highlighting the links to the US DoD and the Hypromag possibilities should not be underestimated. Big things await.
Good buzz around this share and wider sector currently which will push the price hard for a while imo.
Yeah,I've bought a few too 😅
DL put £700K in at 24p as well
one of the largest buys ive ever seen in the small cap space
Wasn’t that long ago WD bought 800k at just under 13p.
Great things are happening and that chart is starting to look tasty.
First stop pre placing level :-)
'And certainly those self same directors have not deigned to appoint anyone with greater experience than their own rather limited faculties.'
You never heard of Jones Group?
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/mkango-appoints-jones-group-international-060000403.html
Jones Group International, a Washington, US based advisory firm led by retired General James Jones, former National Security Advisor to President Barack Obama, will assist Mkango, advising on US critical materials security, energy security, market access and trade promotion.
If you think they are not involved after the DoD visited the site personally, think again!
Interesting really that you have never posted on mka before and a negative post on an up day.
How fudding strange....I wonder
Sadly I am not quite of that view.
Not one of our directors have ever previously successfully negotiated a mining development agreement. That might partially explain the total drift of the company and its shares over the last 12-18 months. And certainly those self same directors have not deigned to appoint anyone with greater experience than their own rather limited faculties.
As for their use of “imminent”, it seems to be more of a speech defect that an accurate description of time. Just ask those that poneyed up cash in February. And as for some £40m of capex spent against a £27m valuation, that sort of result is not usually the way to attract the more sophisticated of investors.
If anything, this deal may happen in spite of our ever so hearty band of directors. My guess is that there noses are more in the trough than the know.
But I remain optimistic that at this stage it is more in the interest of Malawi to proceed than not to…..but let’s see!
Our Non Executive Chairman - Derek Linfield, is also the ex Chairman and non-executive director at Cornish Lithium who today just received a huge investment from the UK Infrastructure Bank.
"Landmark US$67 million Investment for Cornish Lithium
UK Infrastructure Bank makes investment to strengthen domestic lithium supply chain" "Part of larger funding package of up to an additional US$210 million" - direct email from Cornish Lithium.
He also owns 3.3% of Mkango.
We are in excellent hands across the board. These people are in the know.
Just let that sink in.
On another note... I'm swaying towards the MOM comments being a lot more educated than they were in February, they are clearly a lot more involved than they were back then when the DA was dealing with it.
Momentum building. GBE's Grant Hudson's clearly taken a shine to the Minister of Mining Monica Chang'anamuno. Ball of fire lol. Get a room! But let's have MKA's MDA first.
Australian miners focused... there's a lot of them out there ⛏️😀...no doubts all keen to see how Mkangos play goes
Always good to see.
Interestingly no mention of Mkango. Obviously a paid PR piece from Lindian or a mix of others.
