they have voted for administrators to come in apparently, and its being temporarily delisted on AIM. can anyone with any news post it pls? Shame to see such a wonderful hi tech Scottish company go down like this...
I bought a hundred's worth giving me about 30000 or so of these shares, which I thought was a well worth the risk (I worked out a potential return factor of about X60 the investment, if it even goes up a few pence), after reading up on the company they seem a v professional outfit, lots of medical awards and new contracts/ shows in Las Vegas I think. They seem to have advised some part of the UK gov and it don't look like they finished yet, they are looking for new capital. Have you seen their ultra cool goggle gizmo things? I mean if they are making hi tech stuff like this they must be cool..
just gets worse!
will these de list? funding until december only unless they reach new agreement, directors bought at 14.5 p. very low, one of those componies that has potential so maybe a take over target, although to bigger risk for me! my balls just aint big enough!
dp you pick some up at 50p as a highly specularive buy or leave alone?
Hi debbie. That was very perceptive then back in March 07. My guess is that new investors seeing the sharp rise this session may be wishing history repeats itself. We shall see !!!! This Co is winging it and it better luck than judgment if the share price delivers up any appreciable gains short term. The only hope is for a rescue package.
Something good coming?
where is this one going then? Looks like ran out of money IMHO?
you can buy right now for 3.5p The 52 week high is 59p
In post below I refer to debt, this is meant as the cash they have used to date from their cash in the bank, it being reduced monthly, I refer to it as debt (or ongoing cashburn).
Just read all their stuff, their Cleanroom and premises is worth more than their market capitalization. There's no mention of their current debt situation but their assets less intangibles should see them treading water right now. They seem to have a big problem selling their product and it looks like they will be taken out by an interested party, my guess at the figures (because I don't knowcurrent debt) is that the company is worth currntly £8 to £10 Million, which would leave it as a takeover target at between 12p to 15p per share.........A great but big gamble IMO, downside is they could go bust (only to be born again under another name on the cheap) as they can't raise much working capital with a share issue at this price and could they get further finance from banks, I doubt it.........But things could happen with this company, read about the early days of chip manufacturers where they barely could afford the sanwiches at lunchtime.......A risky buy but could be potentially very rewarding in time is my call on this......
sp is far too low - comments?
MED. It might just be a good ide to lock in profits. A stop loss was set at 55p that was breached, but now a tight stop loss of 50p has been set. There is a strong possibility of upside to 60 but there is generally market weakness in play.
trst u 2 b 1st !!!! Well done this little one should get noticed now see rns today extremely good future !!!
MED. With the appointment of key staff and chairman upping interest in the Co, the recent fund raisings looks on paper to be used wisely. From a low of 25p which looks like bottom end resistance, this stock appears to be out of the woods. A long term strategy appears to be developing
