Anyone got any thoughts… are we just on the slow grind down to zero? Chance of a flurry?
I reckon there chance of someone pumping (and dumping) before the final death throws.. so holding a few lucky tickets just in case
Its the calm before the storm.
This baby has got legs and there's a lot of drama on the horizon.
I will be holding mine for 2.5+
I bought at peak on 13th January and since then I am down over 50% (-£770).
I suppose as long as I don't sell, i can't say I lost but it's not looking good atm. Not sure what will happen but I may as well hang on and hope that SP will spike again like 100% LOL
I meant 1000% not 100% :)
Remember why you bought.
You should make a 40-100% profit if you have the big b*ll*cks to sit this out.
Sit on your hands or switch off for another week or so, this bounces faster than a rocket propelled rubber ball on speed.
I've still got shares here - bought and sold over the last couple of weeks but always kept some just in case!. I'm hoping for a bit more excitement before Feb 13th
More manipulation here today
More buys than sells and yet down she goes.............again..........................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
The MM's are desperate to force the worriers/unsure/cautious holders to sell.
Be brave and sit on your hands, they will need to significantly lift the price to flush out the stubborn / strewed / savvy holders.
Different day but the usual tricks!
I've bought as low as 0.34p and as high as 1.90p Rak - easy to get carried away when the price is zooming up.
Let's hope we get over 2p in the next 3 weeks - GLA
I still don’t understand, other than wishful thinking, what basis there is for this going up?
Stick to tit.
One T too many there but interesting it passed the censor.
The current valuation is £1.25m.......post share dilution this equates to £25m........for a company that will have revenues around £80m to 100m if it gets back on track post funding...........a share price of say 2p a share now roughly doubles the market cap figures ......to around 50m. post dilution.....then you have to throw in the delisting scenario as either a positive or negative?
Take your bets.....
Not sure I understand your numbers. As the dilution hasn’t happened yet if they are worth £1.25m today aren’t they then worth £62.5k after it happens? I get the future value but that is subject to the additional capital raise and Amigo seem to be struggling with that
They are proposing to issue 19 shares for every one share held....meaning the current mkt cap at the time of dilution will be x 20 post dilution.......so present market cap of 1,25m x 20....equals mkt cap £ 25m post dilution and so on depending on price at the time of dilution.....
That seems to imply by just issuing new shares the value of the company increases. Without anything else happening there would be 20x the amount of shares and the value stays the same? Our shares are then only worth 5% of what the were. The new capital if they get it comes in and goes out to pay the scheme. That draws a line under the claims and a new value might come about if they can turn a profit
They need to raise funds to pay for the scheme of arrangement (£20 million total cost) in 2025. This would stop the complaints . They need to show they can make money (without complaints) before they can raise funds. The SOA is not guaranteed and neither is fair treatment by the large shareholders when delisted as the directors own less than 1 million shares.
The fun starts very soon, patience is all you need. That rocket will be lit soon enough!
Why ? Sounds like bull to me.
I have also bought Terry
I think a final twist here before next week
If the spread stays at 33% unfortunately no one else will risk buying
Real price is 0.62 to sell and 0.68 to buy, 3x 300k buys just gone through, one 216k sell.
make that 0.78 to buy and 0.712 to sell 2m
That spread is ridiculous.
It is as if they don't want you to buy any shares. I wonder what they know? Otherwise you would think they would want to get rid of what they are holding.
Looks like a value trap, if I ever saw one...
No wonder spreads 30%+, MM are preying on the greedy, who will end up with some contract notes for use as toilet paper.
You cannot say that this stock is a dead swan yet.
