Way to go before delisting... plenty of time for a recovery... of sorts! They have to get a large majority to vote in favour... and that's not easy, with big holders in play. GLA.
Bottom?
Too many big shareholders here with big holdings, so they have the power and likely to block this. Where you have large holdings by bod, then they normally get their way..we will see.
Hoping for a nsci type rejection.
Only has free float around 20%, so not many sells.
In for a punt, will sell before gm, reads to me like the bod don’t think the market sees the real value of the company and a capital raise on the stock market would dilute to much.
Correcting my previous post: should read I'm not a holder....
Yes, steello, am sorry for all those got shafted here.
and people still buying?
accumulating to get a bigger holding to fight the BOD or can see potential what I can't? I wonder.
Couldn’t agree more. I’m not a holder but this is becoming a joke. Sorry for all who got shafted here.
As what Troajan posted in March - thought this company is doing better than previous year/s so why delisting?
Btw I'm a holder but am concern about all these companies coming into the stock market raise funds, ripping shareholders off & decided perhaps they have enough of their pockets filled & facing the music from shareholders &....off they go. This is also happening to other companies I noticed.
Jesus, bless the shareholders.

And there, finally, is your answer. No chance. For me that’s £1337 ‘invested’ currently worth .59p! You have to laugh. Not even worth the dealing fee to try to sell. One of my worst ever investments made in the Blur days. A true dog.
Well that answers that then.
guys am I ever going to see a return on my investment? avg of 3.3p, what needs to happen in coming months for the sp to turn around, I would avg down but the placing at the back end of last year caused me to lose faith with the management, have pretty much wrote off my 12k
Bought 150k of Mani on Friday at 16,25,not on dealing board trades.I now hold almost 500k at an av of 2.3p so the last RNS was most welcome, good time's ahead?
Anything on the horizon here guys? I see there is a lot of twitter activity from the company but nothing in regards to news. Don’t see me getting anywhere near my average of 3.1 here ??
I will be happy if it goes to 10p.That will be break even for me I but think it will be a long wait
Agree 20p looks a long way off but would hope it could get to 3p or 4p with some positive news.
20p? Unlikely anytime soon but, even if so, that wouldn’t even touch the value destruction that this outfit have managed over the years. Original ‘investment’ £1337. Current value of shares held £5.05! You have to laugh. One of the true dogs of AIM hiding behind a new name. Just look up a chart of Blur’s share price performance if you don’t know the history.
Should see20p overtime
Move but so little talk ,see where we go from here
Have a look at www.globality.com
Softbank have invested $100m to give them a valuation of $1bn.
Maistro is the UK version of Globality with a mcap of just £6m here and a free float of only about 20%
I presume word is getting out the valuation of Globality...…………...
Beginning to get back up to that 2 p mark ,would expect some good news soon ,the placing knocked the wind from us ,but looking better
So, I asked for 59,000 and got 25,000. Just had my excess money returned. Just need a 220% increase from here to break even. If they drop below 1.20 will buy more, let's see.
I have not got any money back, but on my dealing history, it shows 59000 shares, price paid £0.00, so no idea what is going on.
