Thoughts on tomorrow's update given the results were good back in July?
Bought some
A great set of results in tough conditions
"As we stated in our full year results, our transformational GP Strategies' acquisition continues to progress ahead of plan. The enlarged Group provides a platform to capture a greater proportion of the circa $100 billion and growing addressable market in digital learning and talent management.
While mindful of the current macro environment, strong business momentum has continued into the first half of 2022 and we have a robust balance sheet that will support further strategic acquisitions in due course, underpinning the Board's confidence of significant progress.
"We are delighted by the progress made in the first half of this year and look forward to providing a Trading Update on 26 July".
Hopefully in for a nice rebound today back up to price pre the results delayed RNS!!
Very impressive results - I believe this share is undervalued
Surprised that the sp hasn't rebounded by now after all, taking into account the Bank Holiday a 4 working day delay hardly smacks of anything significant. Maybe the Market is being very risk averse and making sure the results actually are delivered on Tuesday
Correction from 2019/2020 rather
Seems to be a correction from 2019/2200 which does not involve income statement, net assets nor cash - not ideal granted, but the remainder of the statement was positive
Let’s see can think of many times when delayed results were a precursor for something smelly. That’s why markets hate them. Also just a sign that things are not well run.
Indeed PYUECK, but overdone in my humble opinion, Tech suffering again Stateside today, LTG might not immediately bounce, but a good entry point??
Stu
The fall is due to the auditors delaying signing off the accounts. Always not liked.
Just oversold, I think - the market doesn't need much reason to sell Tech stock currently
Did any one listen into the investor call this morning? The trading update does not seem that bad but stock is down even after the investor call so clearly I am missing something!
Took the opportunity and added modestly, almost at year low
Hmm let's hope nothing more serious than it seems but announcing a delay to results goes down as well with the market as a cup of cold sick.
Nice little spike today. Hopefully the beginning of upward momentum.
Always get a warm feeling seeing a non-exec buying shares as was announced yesterday.
Learning Technology Shares are too much undervalued. They should be rise to 360p
Organic company growth, acquisitions going well and in line trading expectations. Sales up, profit margins similar to last time. Learning Technologies saying GP Strategies acquisition buy just announced will substantially increase profits. That’s the big takeaway here as the company profits & sales forecasts will be upgraded. Broker upgrades to higher share price company. I see Blackrock increased its stake in LTG by another 1/2 % & they see value at these share price levels.
