Seems share price was previously over cooked. Now surely its good value at a low revenue to market cap. Also, director purchases at these levels encouraging following their sales at much higher prices. Not sure how the product compares with Teams. Can anyone help here?
Just popped in here after reading the Jupiter buy in, really interesting as I work in IT at a large 15k seat org who have just migrated away from Loopup to Teams. I am hearing that this is a common thing across the industry so intrigued as to why Jupiter have done this
Major
At least you did a lot better than Amati vct/global investors who spent over £2.5mill buying them at 260p for these 2 years ago & are still carrying them at 64p today !
Happy days eh ?
Easy gents, no need to be so aggressive just because this tub of lard has been shown up for what it always was.
Even if it drops much further there's nothing to look forward to which would drive the price significantly back upwards.
Indeed !
This is certainly looking like a tub of lard as I mentioned last month.
Richmans Skype, nothing more.
Probably one to stay clear of until the dust has stopped falling.
Glad I bailed. Seems to be predicting worse future performance now which is never good.
Also note that Cannacord divested a similar amount a little before SFM, "for discretionary clients".
Bearing in mind that they own Hargreave Hale whose VCT & Marlborough fund are both well respected early stage investors that if it were these funds divesting it is really worrying.
Not sure how skype interfaces with outlook. I think they pick up a lot of business due tp the security of the product..they secure big nane clients. I must say, the sell off by SFM so recently after taking a position has spooked me a bit. The price dipped before the profit warning last time so I don't like the current direction of travel before results. Time will tell.
Thunder
I posted earlier this month (price in the teens then) that I had seen a presentation of the company a while before which left me very unimpressed & it looked like Skype which you pay for.
I see no reason to be remotely enthusiastic about this stock, a tub of lard, really !
Response from Steve Flavell:
'Many thanks for your note.
Our Interims announcement will be on Sep 17.
The recent share price weakness no doubt stems from the profit warning announced in the July 3 trading update: https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/LOOP/14134216.html'
So based on that response, it does not appear there is anything new causing this drift downwards. Lets hope for some good results on the 17th Sept. Onwards and upwards.
6th Sept 2017 and 26th Sept 2018 were the previous dates for the interim results RNS . Video role out was scheduled for Q3, so there will be an update on that in the interim release I expect.
Will be shortly I imagine although depends on there accounting calender I suppose as for the company I work in we are now at the end of Q1, i remember in an rns a while ago there was talks of a new product been released either end of Q1 or Q2?
I have sent an email asking when the next update is expected. There is a chance that SFM are still selling I suppose, but I checked and they did infact only buy in July, so its strange they are selling down at a loss now.
I am expecting 6 month interim results for 30 June 2019 or a trading update in September.
likewise. needs some kind of update to settle shaky pi's.
SP down at 90p now, starting to wonder what is going on here.
I added today at below £1. Considering all the diretor buys at £1.50-£1.60 I feel like this price now represents a good entry.
Interested to see the last RNS reducing SFM stake, as they only recently bought the position I thought.
Hopefully there are some new contract wins to announce soon.
Will likely continue until news is released. doesn't help someone reduced there holdings massively as was stated in the rns yesterday.
This share price is being absolutely shot to pieces. Company isn't doing much to stem the downward spiral. Frustrating
