SQZ bought their Erskine asset for $2.17 per BOE…a real bargain. A few years earlier NS assets were being sold for around $10 boe. LOGP has 70 million boe 2C………MC of about $7-10 million atm……….anyone think we are a bit cheap? Valued at about$.1 per boe PVR well positioned now to secure a decent farm out and when it happens LOGP will do multiples from ths SP. 5p is my first target
Welcome aboard alb791,...been strapped in here at LOGP since early 2017 myself, in anticipation of Barryroe Farmout. BW
Are these shares beginning to rerate? Without farm out news where can they realistically get to?
So do I bud...but I reckon u done OK. Probably all come together quite soon anyway. Licence extended till 2021. Fully funded for next year's ops. Partner pretty cash rich with potential very good news in the offing, and Total developing an interest in Irish offshore prospects. What's not to like!
Took my profit from ANGS and moved into here yesterday... hope I did the right thing!
Perhaps someone had a bad day and clicked At Best by mistake LOL. Should really call it At Worst.
Just saw the 3p trade now but it's immediately followed by a trade of the same volume at a lesser price
I have a laser eye on LOGP given size of BR to market cap and am ready to buy at a moments notice as soon as SP shows sign of life. Did so yesterday with extreme difficulty as was impossible to buy sub 1.5p on the inital move once it ticked to 1.35p. Then impossible to sell. Then a buy trade at 3p. Then totally shafted. Don't think it was hot money in and out as I rekon they're still in and kippered like me. Unbelievable potential here, but that was some weird sheet yesterday. Really, WTF happened? Something very very fishy. Leaves a bad taste.
Hot money I guess. Expected a ten bagger within 24 hours and sold out when it didn't happen. No patience at all!
Taking proifts in EOG. Are you serious? Still only 25% over placing price and Holmwood planning meeting next week. NUOG and UKOG for sure, both have done N-hundred % moves, but EOG has barely even started to rise. I expect any further pullback to be bought into very strongly. Hopefully after next Wednesday's meetings we'll get the drilling schedule for Holmwood. Spud within three months IMO. As drilling gets underway folks will be all over this and the SP will be significantly higher. All to play for with the next Kimmeridge well.
Whey only sells today?
Nick her purse when she's not looking! :) only joking!
I've rummaged everywhere, kids isas, house deposit, top slices, I've literally got nothing left to invest and always when I want to invest. I'm on rns alert all day, for here, Prem, Ukog, 88E, Alba. Fortunately my wife has given me the day off. Gla
Could be a very interesting day today at both LOGP and PVR. Seems like there is a feeling that this is the last chance to buy in ahead of possible RNS re Druid and Drombeg early next week....and rising interest in LOGP into the bargain with people taking profits at UKOG NUOG and EOG and looking for a safe home to invest them in. Will be watching the action here closely today and gonna have a rummage being the back of the sofa to assemble some funds for a last fling here.
Great post, fills me with confidence. This was my second investment years ago at 7p so I'll be looking forward to the 10. Fortunately, I saw the value of UKOG years ago while a few of my mates weren't so keen. So I've benefitted over there, let's hope this follows suit?
Emm...The only thing I'm a bit hacked off about is that I was looking to add a couple of hundred thousand to my holding here as I am waiting for a delayed settlement on another asset and it's not happened. Never mind...looking quite good on the day!
Yes indeed...that is my aspiration as well.
Thank you JH77. for that information... hopefully we will all make some money out of LOGP and PVR.
Hi Rocklawn. To attempt to answer your question regarding what is going on here.... (and I hope that I am right). I have a feeling that the Barryroe project is about to take a significant move forward. This would be a reasonable assumption because LOGP have delayed their AGM (held on 28th June in 2016) and have yet to announce this years date, which I suspect will be about 7th of August, and I have a hunch that they are expecting to have some important and heartening news for shareholders by that date. Given that their principal asset is their 20% stake in Barryroe (apart from 10% in a marginal field offshore of Waterford)...then my theory is that there may be a bit of know how floating about that a deal is imminent. Certainly this would be a great moment to pull this off for Tony as it would really underpin the valuation of PVR ahead of D&D drilling results. Davy assigned a valuation of 10.4p to LOGP shares on farm out news (fairly recently)based on 1 dollar a barrel for in ground oil recoverable volume of C70 million barrels for LOGP. God knows what the effect will be if an exploration drill on the Jurassic and Triassic strata unearths another couple of hundred million barrels will be. I notice that a lot of other players in the sector are moving up significantly as well. Tullow Faroe UKOG Petrofac Eog Nuog, and the Oil price has bumped up a good bit as well on data of reducing US inventory...So it looks like we are caught up in a "virtuous circle" and are finally achieving a well deserved rerating to get us to a proper share price.
or down if you are using that argument
to buy on Q&D.
Let's stay above that level now
WTF!?*$
That'll do for me Mannan... :-)
if this 10p then ...pvr ..£10.00
