With a what is it he wants? Why he always changes his mind and wants someone else to propose an amendment -- How come a Sir - when he disrespects the rule of law - just the way it is today -just Walkers crisps and Lineker - Starmer for PM ???????????

The point I was trying to make earlier was that Lab MPs - such as lisa khan - manchester MP for Leaver constit -think that they can table amendments to shape the WDA - are we on Neptune now - light years from -
Desperate dan was a comic character - - the bash street Boys were similarly so - but this House of Clowns dont seemed to have passed their direction of travel exam.
European union is so feed up by the brexit talks non-stop. They want us to leave so why can't the elected mp do what we voted for?
I believe a vote on the BJ WA is tomorrow.
Time running out for the EU to make the announcement that they need to make if they wanted the BJ WA to be passed by parliament.
So at the moment they want to have their cake and eat it.
Halloween zombie apocalypse our elected walks away with a bitter taste of what is to come for the working family of great Britain together we are stong but have we really got what it takes...

''Conclusion...No wonder the EU want their great deal DONE!!!''
Nothing changes. Even at this stage seeing it as a EU win/leave defeat.
If they are desperate for the BJ WA they should tell our parliament now, before the WA BJ vote that there WILL BE NO MORE EXTENSIONS.
Who ticks u up sour chesse??????????
And what abore - creamcheese= banned back with expected - ur just curdled c
No mates down the pub- or just Billy no mates
Cream - u hanker over NI - who are really wanting to stay with Veruka.
NI is not disenfranchised by this.
It enables the hobbit like relationship between the N & S to continue.
No more bribes - NI needs to be self sufficient - which it is not and Eire needs to understand its trading with UK may be much reduced.
HOC should be full of capable well founded people of maturity able to master and debate an item.
Listening to Lisa khan? on Ridge on Sky seems labour are full of brainwashed kids - cf long bailey- what is there to vote for -
Woeful and downwards - we really are in a bad place. Starmer is even worse - forget the people - just pass the buck.
If just 10% of the braindrained get back - it will be a JC act- nothing to do with Corbyn!
So DCB thinks that the UK having a free trade agreement with the EU 'will not fly'.
So it should have been a clean break from day 1 then DCB?
A1
''Would the EU want another 3/6/12months ''
They have not formally stated that they will not extend, so at the moment the conclusion is YES
A UK/EU free trade agreement can eliminate the temporary arrangements that the DUP appear to be concerned about.
Would the EU want another 3/6/12months of Farage & Boris messing things up for them ???
No more prolonging - out deal or no deal on 31st

The BJ WA is the EUs second prize.
'' would be too obviously blunting the Benn Act''
Precisely. That is what I mean by wanting it both ways. They didn't want the surrender act to become obsolete with a binding commitment on their part to not extend.
If the WA doesn't pass through parliament, the EU without the commitment not to extend will most like extend giving them hope that the BJ WA is the worse they will end up with.
This is why I have said that Boris should have made it clear to the EU that if Brexit isn't delivered by Halloween then he will fight a GE on a 'no deal' ticket
Interesting view. It seems to me that the EU want this deal to proceed, and announcing that they would refuse any delay before the event would be too obviously blunting the Benn Act, before it was actioned.
What with Letwins amendment personally I have moved from neutral/stay to a very strong leave and as far as Labour go well they are not the Party in Opposition just the Party of Disruption. Fortunately we will never see Corbyn in No 10. Just MO and good luck in your share ATB

If that were the case then the EU should have formally announced it. What would be the benefit of not announcing it if they were sincere?
All we have had are the usual meaningless proclamations from the likes of Junker.
I am afraid at the moment it looks like the EU are holding out as long as possible to try to have it both ways.
How must the 5 million labour leave voters feel now?

Without a Brexit before a GE the Tories would be decimated unless they matched the Brexit party 'no deal' policy
Longterm, I am pretty sure BJ and the EU Leaders agreed on no extension when they concluded the deal
Boris should have made it clear to the EU, that if Brexit isn't delivered by Halloween, that he would go into a GE on a manifesto of a clean break Brexit.
If he has not done so, then there wouldn't be as great an incentive for the EU to formally tell parliament that there would be no further extension.
"The PM sent three letters in all - an unsigned photocopy of the request as outlined by the Benn Act; an explanatory note from the UK's ambassador to the EU; and a personal, signed, letter saying why he does not want a delay."
Boris followed the letter of the law.
