do mention ;
deception and misleading shareholderts
selling shareholder assets to fund his salary.
3 years ago CP and all shareholders where all blindsided by the FCA move to delist Lionsgold. CP stated that he would put all his effort into relisting as quickly as possible. It didn't take CP long to realise that the FCA had basically handed him the company on a plate and the freedom to do whatever he wanted without recourse to all shareholders. The result is a £175k salary for doing sweet FA.
The FCA are culpable in facilitating this fraud by suspending Lionsgold without first insisting that a shareholder vote be carried out on the change of business. The FCA don't give a damn about small shareholders, if they did then they would have acted in a more professional way and followed up on their initial action.
It doesn’t matter what it’s called . I’m down £10k and the boss is taking a huge salary for achieving not much. And three years has zipped by.
If I’d added value it would have been a great investment.
Sadly it turned out to be a bad gamble.
Think that comment about gambling was a bit harsh. It's easy to say in hindsight and lots of people have lost a LOT of money. The de-listing was a bolt out of the blue - nobody saw it coming.
Ok. But I don’t like losing like this.
Aim isnt really investing, its just gambling
Investing like everyone else did here!
Weve had this for 3 years nothing will happen. The crook knows what he can get away with, his family are professional con artists . Waste of time
A family man gambling 10k in the aim casino.?
Nice one brown. What about if we all went to our local MP’s to discuss our individual concerns. My -£10k showing in my trade account is no laughing matter for me as a family man and am sure the same for other folk. I’ve had enough. More than enough time has been awarded to see how things would turn out. As crooked as our politicians are, a few score House of Commons letter headed paper requesting info on wtf is going on might put this sham on a different radar to just this board.Absolute disgrace what we’ve been put through.
Regualtors dont reply back to people who report. Its not like my personal problem.
They investigate or dont and make their own decisions. I think theres plenty of ground so I reported
agree entirely brownadder
would you kindly report back on how things go with HMRC ?
hopefully they just decide very quickly that its all BS and lock CP up !!!
it could easily be argued that he in no way passes ther "fit and proper" rule , the ability to mislead and deceive is not one of the tests that i remember.
Well all we can do is see how the private raise goes... if that works the IPO must have a glimmer of hope.
If it gets us our money back, go for it I say.
Well if has trouble getting Just a million from an Arab he is doomed!
Theres two things he could be selling to the Arabs and thats either Tally or sand
Could be sooner if he gets his Middle East contacts involved.
So private raise of between £500-£1m...then IPO... Hmmmm ;-/
They are a bit like politicians aren't they?
Don't actually have to be suitable for the role and successful even when failing. They don't get sacked they just get moved about a bit. Then when they are done get a job on a board somewhere.
Not sure that answers your questions but I think it kind of does. They do very little. It's a boys club. Parrys pals. Jogged Ralph off and brought his pal back in.
So after last night's q&a session can some one tell me what alan Davies does for tally? And mj for that matter.
Your naive as well if you put money in, your no better, all in the same boat here.
Not sure if I should laugh
Or if it’s really funny
Definitely humorous
On what effing basis can anyone list thing company?
What exactly this company does?
Who the f use this company?
Who are the effing customers?
and where are they?
THis fanatic hope is not even aspiring
Cameron Parry is stabbing us in the front
I dont think you lot can be so naive
I think its the shock, self preservation and denial
You will all reach conclusion in your own time
Whatever you do make sure this ends CP dodgy practice once and for all
The only thing that will turn sentiment now is solid events on the road to IPO.
If they actually make solid progress on a listing, demonstrable not just words, then people will start getting on board again. Otherwise I think everyone will just keep smelling the ****e floating around.
The dangling carrot has about rotted away, anytime now it will be changed. Most likely raise money in the next couple of months and then start work on the relist which should then should see our shares trading again before Christmas. that would put some wind back in the sails of those who are thinking actually this is starting smell like it never was coming back.
