....and then folks will struggle to get back in.
Yes and you will see some delayed trades soon.
Clearly games afoot. Why are we still down?
Clearly a buyer is in the market here
I hadn't even heard of this company until I saw it on the risers list yesterday. A little light reading, and I genuinely can't believe the scale of the corruption here. £260m raised and primarily spent on developing the Nigerian assets, which have produced £24m of revenue over the last 6 months, and by the way, nobody here is entitled to any of the profits or day-to-day decision making. It's almost unfathomable.
The worst part of all, is that the RNS text, along with the Chairman's comments, both start with the words "pleased to announce", I mean, really? That surely has to be a misprint!
I feel really sorry for those of you stuck in this.
Best,
Nate
Bounce....I am only now 50% down from yesterday...hahaha...;-((((
Agreed Nozzla. It does state the following:
"? Company entitled to 90% of any dividend declared or of any capital returned to
shareholders by Lekoil Nigeria (the “Economic Interest”). "
and
"Distributions by Lekoil Nigeria: 90% to the Company and 10% to the remaining shareholders"
they should allow all shareholders to see the original agreement document with lekoil nigeria.
Three slide presentation on website dated 2nd September 2021:
https://lekoilplc.com/investor-presentations-article/investor-presentation-224
States Lekoils agreement between Lekoil Cayman and Lekoil Nigeria.
Same here, quick £620 profit banked, rinse repeat, nice day trading share
(not that i doubt you, just want to look into it myself)
Could you provide a source that says they should control 90% please
Seems like Lekan thinks there is a get out clause of whatever the agreement states. Looking at all news and RNS Lekoil Cayman should have 90% of control of commercial of Lekoil Nigeria. Be interesting to see how Lekan gets away with this one.
As I was posting for a long time being all bullish,I thought I should post one last time here. I knew it was a huge risk to invest around £340,000 but felt the assets and income would shine through. Obv I had read all the rns going back 2 years and the risk with Lekan and his greed. Two nights ago I was a bit worried after the huge sells which in turn must be inside trading! Then the big rise yesterday, I thought maybe some joy at last. I only sold 2 million yesterday, so not a great deal. As of now I am out with a loss of around £170,000. Aim is a tough game, on Wed it felt great, top two of the LSE leader board, walking out of EUA with a 24 hour profit of around £45,000 and portfolio up over £100,000 (a one day paper gain) on the lek rise. Ha, I tried to sell some at around 1600 and they were only giving me 1.65p, said, no thanks. The good news is the MMs took my remaining 18 million shares no problem over sells of 500,000 to 2mill. You don't need to read me going on, and I am only 44, hopefully time to knuckle down and regain some losses. Benny, I hope this made your day! I am in ODX too, so if we are lucky enough we will come across each other but both with better news, not just you! King, Aimers etc, good luck and all the best with this and your portfolio.
Then Cayman will just own 40% of Lekoil Nigeria - Lekoil Cayman would be completely worthless.
This is risky now - the fact they they get none of the revenue stream at this current moment.
Red flag steer clear when these clowns join the party
Drop this morning is understandable but I’d say a tad overdone. Been plenty of big buys today which tells me there’s something going on behind the scenes. Someone is clearly accumulating. With the seller now out it won’t take much to get this back to yesterday’s highs and beyond. I bought a decent chunk earlier at 0.85. Not much downside from here.
Onwards and upwards
Hahahah! Thank you for the shares
To me, it looks like a planned master class to get the seller out yesterday. Someone has gained discounted shares, the price can rise without someone selling into it. Hopefully I’m right. There’s quite a bit of buying going on.
Technical problems and the courts will sort. Finally rid of the CEO so going forward we will see all the pieces coming together
moving up??
Lee - Let them gloat as much as they like, but the drop today has been over done. I bought them today at drop and already £500 better off
Your not Gloating on someone else's loss are you ? ?
Vile if so......
Let's see whose holding what come the end of the week
Not the RNS we were hoping for.
However they are still producing so all is not lost.
It's a hold for me until the dust settles.
