@Mike, there has been no update to “15 days” extrajudicial title case yet although we can be certain 15 days has now passed so expecting that one may be updated tonight. Would love it to say done deal, but suspect it may give another 15 day extension. Will be keeping an eye on it.
If the courts expect it to conclude otherwise they wouldn’t have granted the extra $10m.
We have agreed to the banks terms so I see no reason they won’t sign, hence the huge opportunity here.
I really can't see the remaining bank being an obstacle for much longer. From the courts point of view said bank is hindering the progression of the conclusion. Majority rules?
yep I sold before the sell off so was lucky, it was clear for all to see there nothing going on for a week or two or three and traded this 3 times now but was caught out on the last drop, it a traded stock so don`t be surprised to see 25/26 again, see you soon folks GLA !!!
News this a.m , will those selling now buy back in and push us up. Seems crazy but you do need sellers for those who want in.
@observer842
In my spreadsheet I assumed a production rate of 5.3mtpa. This is equivalent to one bulk carrier every 3 days (near enough, assuming 45kt per load). So once the stockpiles are exhausted, the limiting factors will be: production rate at the mine; transfer rate on the rail link; and availability of vessels. Anglo American did report in 2012 a slightly higher production peak of 6.1mtpa. But could it go much higher than this without hitting a bottleneck on one of these three limiting factors? I guess the PFS might bring some clarity.
We havent proved anything yet !!! We dont own anything yet, all the spreadsheets in the world wont change this !!!
@Tradecraft, Now we have proved a very decent shipping rate from the public port, once the private port is operational it could mean a doubling, perhaps even more of the Mtpa in the JRP (5.3Mtpa), and perhaps the PFS might hint at this possibility. This could increase the NPV substantially - I forget whether your spreadsheets contemplate this possibility or not.
Thanks @Tradecraft. Can't argue with that, other than to remind you that we've skipped the scoping study and going straight to PFS :-)
@observer842
No new spreadsheets from me at this point. The only thing that has varied is the price of iron ore, and I won't pretend to be able to forecast that more accurately than anybody here. Otherwise I've not seen any material changes in the underlying numbers, so I stand by my previous projections.
The "waterfall" documents (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) that I transcribed were published by DEV in 2019. My expectation is that Cadence will publish their own revised NPV for Amapa once the scoping study is complete. I expect we will all want to update our own valuations (and exit prices) once that happens.
By the way, good spot @EV! I suspect at some point soon it'll be revealed how much of DEV's ore there is ready to be railed to the port. :-)
Same here, just another 5,000 yesterday at 29.5p but to be honest have added 55,000 since being at my proposed max, now I must stop letting mrlithium/ROS/Yune...... wind me up with his bottle of champagne post and £10,000 short at 18p - doh! (I hope)
Let’s hope so Tradecraft
I read every day this bb , don’t post that often, but skirt certain posters(they know who they are) petty squabbles like kindergarten in the school playground.
Thank you to continuous research to those who post there excellent findings on here
GLA long term REM holder- our patience my friends could soon be rewarded
I know! And I can finally stop adding! LoL. It's clearly happening...
Even the locals believe it is going to happen now. At some point (soon) the share price will start to believe it. :-)
LoL @EV. Save something to be reported in the operational update! ;-)
"Started cleaning in the ICOMI area now everything indicates that it is going to run again, going up to km 70 ." (ICOMI was a prior name for the operation)

How are your spreadsheets looking @Tradecraft? Changed any since you last shared?
@MerMillions
Good to see you still here.
Could it be that we are almost there...?
I like it @EV! Seems wrong, but I like it. ;-)
Here you go observer.

Open to some debate but:
400% gain is a 5x or 5 bagger i.e you enter with one bag (of money) and leave with 5. Sounds good to me though.
MerMillions,
that's not very productive, find something better to do and check later:
Oil-based paint - dry to the touch in 6–8 hours and ready to recoat in 24 hours.
Latex paint - dry to the touch in about 1 hour, and you can safely recoat in 4 hours.
Hope this helps,

Wow
Watching paint dry as we wait for banks to sign!!
July 2021 nearly history
Get it done
Ahem. 4x returns, not 5x. e.g. if my shares were worth £1,000 today, I'd be hoping to walk away, eventually, with £5,000. Feels doable, so long as I don't de-risk too early, too fast! Simples. LoL.
@MBW: "Difficult to guess what those who keep saying that they are happy to be buying in at the BOD’s options 29p price will consider to be their first exit price. Observer?"
I'm hoping for at least 5x returns on my holding from here. That doesn't mean my target is £1.50 (30p * 5), probably more like £3 or £5 depending on how heavily I de-risk along the way. And I currently have no intention of fully leaving, perhaps leaving 20% in along for the ride, at which time my opinion may finally change to Hold. LoL. As to when I start derisking, when I believe we are not stupendously undervalued, or above £100m, whatever comes sooner :-)))
All conditional on Amapa coming good of course.
As for @EV's valuation of Sonora and Hastings. If we were offered those values today, I'd be sorely disappointed with one of them and pleasantly surprised with the other! ;-)
