IF KBE went into Administration, Engel as major creditor would receive the Assets to repay part of the debt The rest of the debt would then be written off in Engel's Accounts as a Bad Debt This means Engel then have a tax free loss in there Administrative Expenses and all the assets of KBE. I think the reason to keep KBE on-going is the current debt is accruing interest, and therefore the longer KBE are trading at a loss, the Interest Racks up as does the Bad Debt. which is of course increases the saving in Tax for Engel. KBE have no decent Assets left, Engel have only been supporting with Bridging Loans, which expire and then are re-done (further expenses to KBE) which they cant afford This is my opinion but my Day Job is in Property Finance and i do 'Administration Deals' It just seems that this is the best option for Engel, having an Engel employee at the head of KBE further affirms this for me
Why would engel put kbe in administration and loose out doesn't make sense.engel own kbe they would put asset in kbe to benefit from the losses even turn kbe around and recoup their debt
Be written off in Engel's books when KBE ceases trading, the formal process is Admin, KBE Assets transferred into Engel and KBE will be left with nothing As I said, this may be worth a punt to watch people jump in on the Accounts when people read a Euro 20m profit for a company 500,000Euro the blind Investors love a pump and dump exercise
Absolutely ridiculous how would anybody buy anymore?
"the loans will be just written off (expect Engel may have already done this in there accounts)" So no debt then Dan?
U just goto ask why engel ceo has become kbe ceo to put kbe into doesn't make sense I reckon engel engel will put some assets on kbe to benefit from the losses and turn kbe around.if so the sp will become several pence here
its your money, if i was invested here - i would wait for accounts and sell when other people see the profit. there is going to be a circa 20million Euro profit what people will miss initially is that this leaves KBE with minimal assets and a shed load of debt with no way of ever repaying it, they still lose a good few million a year what will happen to KBE long term is anyones guess - i assume ENGEL are happy just to leave for know until there overall plan happens (by the way, Engel look a class act) but as KBE primarily owe Loans to Engel and Directors, if KBE goes into Admin, then the loans will be just written off (expect Engel may have already done this in there accounts)
Still way undervalued at 500k. There could be a rto in the pipeline which would be the best option.
can you not read the accounts, there is zero money for shareholders here. i expect a pump and dump to happen on accounts
Its about time this stared to move up. With profits expected to be announced for the year end,we should be up above 2p by now.
1.44 and i get my money back :)
68% UP NOW.
30% up now.
Only 25.1% of shares are in the public hands. The spread is a putoff as it stands. A few large buy's will put that right. Holding and adding as when news lands, we will be rewarded massively.
Own 68% shareholding in kbe surely there is a plan here
New ceo is engel ceo why would he take this position with kbe.surely it in their interest to benefit from the losses.move profitable assets and keep kbe afloat to take back their debt I see a rto coming
will be a big profit from losing Marina Drocol in the accounts (but thats not a good thing) and don't expect much in updates on any other project People will see the profit and jump in here - you might see a token rise to 3p before falling back to 0.4p based on minimal volume
The final results will be out at the end of march. We should see a big profit in there and an update on the new builds and its revenue. Building a large holding as this will soon start to creep up in the coming weeks.
i see a spike when released - going to be honest this share has zero value but it will interpreted wrongly, 2016 Accounts going to show a profit in the accounts of circa 20million Euro and i fully expect people to buy on that news before realising its actually worth zero, even i may buy to profit from the idiots
Year on year Kimberly Enterprises NV grew revenues 353.75% from 387.00k to 1.76m while net income improved from a loss of 9.95m to a smaller loss of 10.00m previuos statement shows massive growth
THE NEW CEO could it be possible to run this share in the ground i.e. bankrupt they write it off of as bad debt then the cel retires ???? I'm only asking dyer I'm collecting shares too the 2.5 k last week was mine and adding a further 3/5 k next week im confident there swing this round
Agree, good point.
Engel ceo now kbe ceo surely an rto here to benefit from the losses.why else would he bother. News soon hopefully
Im just building up my holding here. The time we get the revenue news from last quarter can't be far away now. Im surprised the sp has stayed so low for this long. I think we will start to see this move up this week. When this moves it moves fast.
