Looking at the “new” website it says the major shareholders including TJ hold or held 70%of the stock so we are unlikely to get anywhere without some of the majors wanting it to happen. How likely that is, I doubt.
See my new thread
I have created a forum where we can group. This will enable us to register interest and then a plan to move forward. I don't think we should use it for long as I'm not sure it's very secure. Happy to help with IT but not to run Class Act!

We still need someone to set up a forum or something so we can all act together , . Volunteers needed
Count me in. Disgraceful behaviour without warning. I’ve lost a considerable sum of money with nowhere to go.
“Responsibly Joules - Protecting respecting growing together” It actually says that on the website.
Their Website has been unchanged for months and months. All of a sudden bought out 2 days ago and its Been completely revamped!! If that buy out wasn't pre planned months agoI'll eat my hat. #Legalfraud
Also happy to join in with any class action organised.
The Key Shareholders list still reads as only having been updated up to 14th October yet Teatum increased his stake by virtue of RNS on 31st October. Key shareholders list not updated in the interim. What are they hiding?
My Interactive Investor account no longer showing Joules shares as suspended. Sure it's just a glitch but anyone other accounts showing this?
I have never posted on here but I have lost some and would like to join class action
If this one goes before we get sorted , communicate on Next group chat as there in it as well .
Anybody on here any good at setting up a forum or website etc ?.
I am not tech savvy
He knows he is guilty here. And what goes around, comes around. He won’t be able to enjoy the fruits of this one, I am positive.
Great thought. If we can’t communicate all will be lost
I'm only a tidler with a few thousand shares but I know a smelly rat when I come across one. Interested in exploring class action on fraud basis.
Count me in. I’m £22k down and feel TJ has properly stuffed me. It stinks !
Well, Interpath [ who are also administartors to DDDd] are doing nicely , having creamed a large amount of cash as advisors and then become administrators with another payday. TJ seems to have led the company up the garden path with talk of a loan which he pulled at the last minute and opted for a different deal - so where was the independent director who was overseeing fair play? Serious questions here imv.
I would be happy to join, without checking the paperwork, it would just be a rough guess but off the top of my head, I had approx 115,000 shares. For what it’s worth, I have also written a letter to my local MP asking how it can be legal/ethical for one of the board of directors to buy a company out of administration when he had a significant input into getting them there in the first place!
Absolutely stinks. For me, this brand and all the goodwill or trust it stood for, has gone. Just not the place to work for or supply to or buy from.
Yep, count me in.
I assume we will need a large number of PI shareholders to get this off the ground, so please seriously consider this.
I admit my response is mainly an emotional one at the mo, as I'm sure it is for most posters here but it seems the BoD and parties to the 'rescue' have some serious questions to answer.
I will join

yes please corbs
Why should TJ be the only shareholder that has benefited from this whole debacle?! that is a very good question , as far as i was aware he was only a share holder like us albeit a large share holder
Yes, if anyone on here who had shares .
please put your name down to show you want to join in on this. Together we might just get somewhere.
Can anyone confirm if the administrators are related to the firm that were running the turnaround plan with Next and Tom Joules?
Thing is no one cares about shareholders - we're all just seen as rich people who do/did nothing to generate our wealth. I haven't seen shareholders mentioned once in the media commentary. Just relief that jobs were saved. Now of course that is important, but it is also important that if something underhanded has taken place here it is exposed. It is ALMOST as if there has been a 'fake' admin process, in order to circumvent PIs. Perhaps I'm way off beam with that analysis, but unless we get some answers we'll never know.
