Morning, apart from recent placing/ options TB has supported the company, placing in 2021 he took 3million shares at 5p, that does not look to clever now! I am not a TB apologist, what’s happened this year is very poor when on the 4/1 we were 5p now 1.35p only because of Trevor’s behaviour, Trevor is to old to take this private and I don’t think his children want to either, this will be sold on, hopefully in the region of 10p plus or a lot more but people have to do wants comfortable for them, last post for me for awhile, got to tune out of this, let’s see were we are in 6 weeks, hopefully in a better place, happy Easter everyone!
The ship has well and truly been driven onto the rocks by the CEO and his associates. Market confidence has abated. All the good work put in by IB is of zero consequence to the investment case at the moment.
The share price hit a 12 month low yesterday. Under the continued sell off, (by disenchanted investors presumably?) it is heading lower today's close of trading. Anyone, like myself, who has continued to hold will need to see what happens when the share price bottoms out? In particular, what mischief the CEO has in store to the detriment of LTIs?
New CLs
X - they would need 75% of the company stock to take private. Looking at IQAI website, around 40% will have been taken by the family, broker etc. They will rely on 35% of PIs to vote with them. Leads on nicely to ..
Jimzi - when a company is being looked into from complaints etc, it is "flagged". I can only imagine that with the number of compliants in the UK and overseas that the authorities have received, anything it does now will attract a huge amount of regulatory scrutiny - hence not having a clean bill of health.
Even small things like collectively not answering emails from PIs counts!

Bertie
forgive my ignorance here - but are you saying that the CEO en famille don't have enough stock to take the company private AND similarly they can't go over 30% because they don't have enough stock to get a takeover voted through?
I know, I said wants to - not he can atm.
Don't understand clean bill of health
Jimzi,
BoD is going to do what it's going to do ... it will need 75% of voting stock to take private ... and a clean bill of health ...
Um - at the moment, it has neither ...
-- BB --
Yes, he wants to take it private - and everyone selling is exactly what he needs / wants. [for new low CL] Bit of a dilemma for PIs.
Well done for taking such proactive action; you just may have thwarted his plan but still uninvestable atm
When I see that Trek selling, I worry, as he has been the voice of reason on this Board for many.
It's funny as every time we post a message, there is an FCA message underneath the tab that reads "Posting inside information that is not public knowledge, or information that is false or misleading, may constitute market abuse. This could lead to an unlimited fine and up to seven years in prison. If you have any information, concerns or queries about market abuse - click here" ... I urge you to click ... and report those who complain about the low SP and then sell en masse to drop it even further and then buy at the bottom. Is that "market abuse"?
Yes - I can & have complained to the FCA, CIFO and SEC ... and I was not shocked to find that many, many other PIs had too ...
If anyone from other boards is reading this, you too can complain to the SEC about individual directors as all the companies have a common link ...
I have also messaged Peterhouse, TB and the BoD for information and it's no surprise to me that they don't reply ... but here's the rub, by FCA/SEC rules, they have to ... hmmm ...
I am FULLY expecting a positive RNS boosting the SP, another huge sell-off, followed by a fundraise or a CLN announcement.
I am in no doubt that IB is doing all the work it publishes. Their Officers have way too much to lose if the authorities came knocking ...
I have only one hope - that IB is sold and that the PIs in IQAI get some reward - even if its just "break even" money.
As I have written before, there is a cadre of PIs who are huge fans of TB - making money by predicting what he is going to do ... it's textbook stuff ...
Anyway - I really do believe that the authorities in the UK & US are abreast of our situation -- it's only a matter of time now ...

This is how out of touch the people in control of this company are with reality.
They decided to post the mussella YouTube video on twitter as if nobody has seen it!!
Here's the
@AlMusella
webinar "oral gallium maltolate (GaM) for brain tumors" featuring Dr. Connelly and 2 patients. GaM is the agent under study in
@IQAI_IB
's sponsored phase 1 trial.
Only 11 days old!
Hopeium is not a good investment.
The thing everyone is forgetting is Trevor our CEO has been doing this for a long time probably before I was even born. In my opinion he knows exactly what he’s doing and knows how bad the current personal investors sentiment is and that’s what is frustrating me the most he doesn’t care and doesn’t seem to think anything needs to be done about it as it’s not affecting him. He gets to call all the shots and he gets to feed us pesants the information he thinks we should have and no more.
The only thing I would say is by selling out at the lows you’re letting him win as in my opinion that’s why it’s low as he controls the news flow which technically controls the share price. It’s a waiting game and he will know that as he’s shown his cards there will be a big sell off into any positive news flow.
Or he’s just thick as pigs sht and arrogant and thinks everything is rosy and he and his bod are doing a wonderful job which would explain the grant of options. I’m pretty sure all shareholders have to vote to reinstate him at this years agm so we could all out vote them.
With the share price this low it is a sitting duck for a major that could take advantage of the low price and buy us out with pocket change.
GLA!!
Its a pretty poor situation. I would average down myself as sitting on a 75% loss as it stands, but can't think of any reason why this is a good idea with current shenanigans.
Just need to sit on the loss and hope that something good can come of all this eventually.
Wouldn't invest another penny personally. If I were a new investor I wouldn't even invest a penny at these prices.
I had a weird dream last night. The Krays were share holders and realised that Brown and Vassey were taking the p..s. They didn’t resort to a bit of posting banter they went and confronted what they called a bunch of crooks who they thought was worse than them. In that dream I awoke before the inevitable but I’m sure it was a blood bath. Hopefully dreams come true if you play with fire expect fire
Sorry to hear people selling out but understand why, going to stick it out for next couple of months, loss to big now, so willing to see we’re we go.
Hello all,
I have been watching this stock for over a year.
In a leap of faith it took a position this pm and entered the fray.
GLA 🐸
Oh well sorry everyone who got shafted.
personally I'll keep buying a few from time to time.
i suppose it makes sense to wonder how much more shafted we could get. for example if really good news is deferred to 2025 then 'they' could use the rest of 2024 to really absolutely slaughter the sp. that is if the CEO was really on a mission - as has been suggested - to transfer shares from PI's to others. Despite that...my next buy...1.4s. again sorry for those who lost £. I'll be losing from this point onwards, I guess.
By making pi’s on other boards aware of peterhouses practices will ultimately hit them in the pocket and that’s good news
Anyone familiar or had a look at the recent update to UK law only "failure to prevent fraud act". As well as obvious forms of fraud, it now extends to dishonest practices in financial markets and mis reporting. Anyone had a response back from FCA
Looks like shthouse are putting small trades through to keep price up.
The only way I see a return to value here now is sale of assets and return cash to shareholders.
Even if they say they have a 100m voucher. No one can believe them until the 100m lands!
And it looks more and more unlikely. If shareholders can’t trust the BoD how can we expect others externally to do so.
TB has gone one too many now. He has a load of MAR complaints and a broker whose name is now becoming sht as well across these BB’s.
I even look now at other stocks to make sure shthouse aren’t involved before I trade.
And no it’s not sour grapes I would have absolutely no problem if the science was poor but this is just robbery and greed. It’s zilch about helping folk!
I still have a few to sell and will be dripping them in now.
Good luck all
Stay away from this if you aren’t in already. There are other choices out there.
Usual caveats
Trek
Geni code is good fda approval yes or no imminent hopefully yes . Well run company check it out-- funded
I have already sold 425,000 of this rubbish over a week ago. Current selling is not just down to the broker. I don’t trust the board nor do I believe that whatever lies they spout going forward will be enough to get any further PI’s to part with enough money to lift the price by any great magnitude as so many want to dump at the first opportunity. That is a huge amount of selling to come from all angles…killing any rise(s) for some time to come. It will certainly take a long time and or considerable good news to hide the stench here. I still hold a few but crystallised and wrote off a considerable loss here. I will take my chances elsewhere, right or wrong…far away from TB & Co for sure.
IMHO ATB
That 200k sell is mine.
The mm would take 400k at the time.
I still hold some which need to multi bag now to make up for a 60% loss that I crystallised on those I just sold and the ones I still hold.
I can’t trust this twt at al nowl. To be able to lie outright in RNS’s make this totally uninvestable. Avoid.
Usual caveats
Trek
At the moment nobody will have made any money from this share. However, we all hopefully can if the technology from IB is approved then regardless of what the BoD may do we should see a major upturn in the sp.
That is the big risk in my opinion, can IB continue a forward trajectory?
Hopefully, be it the PRD response, the annual results, or indeed something we don’t yet know about, we should find out in the next couple of months.
Fingers crossed.
Thanks

Sadly, I have totally lost trust in the company’s CEO and his entourage. It is a sound principle to manage a company for the benefit of all participants. Sadly, the opposite is true here, and this company is a vehicle to enrich a small number of participants to the detriment of retail investors.
Significant events need to be enacted that benefit everyone before investors can start to rebuild any trust IMHO. Currently, I will sell my shareholding as soon as I recover my original investment. That is how bad things have become for me.
GLALTIs.
