showing as a sell
Well they are never going to 'Sell' them, are they? NOT when our 'Buys' are constantly listed as 'Sells' instead of 'Buys'. Or something like that.
...! far too cheap!
there you go,,,,,,why they dont simply drop the offer to 1.5 and bid say to 1.4 or even 1.25 and then buys will look like buys looks like a few mm game being worked,,,,,,
The last trade, down as a 'SELL' @ 1.500p Qty. 30,000 was MINE, And it was a 'BUY'!!!! I paid £450.- + £11.- Trading Fee. Regards
to back up the below you can buy at the bid as the market have 1,4o shares still to sell... maybe all of them....
there was a 700k dump at 1.4p last week perhaps the same kind of thing....however the market has not shifted this shares yet
All, this is the e mail received from the CEO on Feb 18th. If anyone wants the original e mail sent to them, please leave your e mail address. I did indeed try to call and left you a message. I cannot give you any information which has not been released to the market via an RNS announcement. However I can tell you that if there was bad new to announce, we would have announced it. We have made no such announcements. Our recent share price fall was the sale in a block of 4 per cent of the company at a foolishly large discount. The seller was a UK institution for whom this holding was too small for the portfolio at the current depressed price, so they just dumped the stock through market makers. It seems all to have been absorbed. The one thing I can do is point you to the public statements of Eskom and the government of South Africa as to the planned extension of all MTPPP contracts, of which IPSA’s Newcastle Cogeneration is a beneficiary. When there is something to announce, we will announce it, I promise. In the meantime there is nothing more which we can say. Best regards, Peter Earl Peter Earl Acting Chief Executive Officer
Though the current MCAP is something ridiculous, taking into account all the assets, IPSA is worth way more than the £2 odd million MCAP and the £3m owed by RUR, therefore any takeover would have to account for all of this. Nice thought though! I will paste the e mail from the CEO (hope I don't get in touch for doing so)
Would it not be cheaper for RURALEC to buy IPSA than to pay the money owed as RURLEC would gain lots of asset on the cheap.GL.
If you guys want, I can paste the e mail from the CEO. I just want to make sure this was ok with rules of the board.
I am still holding IPSA and waiting for the good news.GL.
I'm optimistic the sp will get back to around 3, just a question I when I hope! I would expect the. CEO to be optimistic too, but then again, they truly know what's going on behind the scenes. The £3 from ruralec is due anytime, and the contract extension in South Africa should be confirmed by the end of March. I just wish we have news soon, as nothing since the end of last year.
Yes, can't understand why you are getting frustrated. You mention you have a contact at the company who said good news on the way (soon), then you contact the CEO….I guess to back up your contacts information??? Now you feel (in time) this will get to 3 - 3.2p.
with this share! no news, impatiently waiting!!!! tempted to come out, but would be at a loss (which I don't want to do) but feel could have more than made up on other shares I have been tracking which have come through over the last couple of weeks! I still feel deep inside me that this will in time get to 3-3.2p Anybody with any other thoughts? feels like a very quiet board.
theey dont its the big dumps that do...a mmm is long 700k at 1.4p so he probably doesnt want any more...
Why relatively small sell offs drops the sp so much, but a buy of the same quantity wouldn't budge the sp up by the same?
there was another 700k sold at 1.4p yesterday
Forgot to mention he also left a voice message before sending the e mail.
I received an e mail from the CEO, he doesn't seem concerned, said the drop was due to a shareholder selling 4% of the company without informing anyone at a ridiculously low price of 1p a share. He also mentioned that they should have confirmation of a contract extension (which should hit latest end of March) and they are still due £3 from Ruralek Just a matter of time before we hopefully hear something I hope! GLA
the news!!!!! somebody from IPSA go and rob £3m from RUR which they owe quickly!!!! Convinced news not far away, and if this goes back to 3.2ish, hooray!
why is this prevalent, particularly on this share?
No worries, just thought I'd ask. I've kept in touch with a contact there, and rest assured, news that will hopefully bring the SP back to around the 3-3.5p mark is on its way, which would give an opportunity for the folks buying around the 2p mark a very healthy profit! GLA
