I think we will see it next week !
I think it's a time now !
Don't mention the ML. I mentioned it once , but I think I got away with it. :)
Boris J is due to make a big announcement on infrastructure spending Tuesday in an attempt to kick start the economy. That would be perfect timing to confirm IM decision, positive, of course.
Lotie123- agree, there is going to be a lot of help for worthy projects to start getting the coffers filled up again. I am not an expert in marine but can not see any justifiable reason to not give us the licence. I just wish the BOD would give regular updates, as the old saying goes " if you have nothing good to say-say nothing" and we have had nothing in the last month from the BOD, does that mean they are making nothing from these jobs? you would have thought the three sisters would be a significant contract; but nothing released, why?
whatamess- and the director buys were not significant and mainly family/friends. The new PR guru needs to flex her muscles on how to achieve maximum effect from positive communication. Don't get me wrong I believe we will be MASSIVE but we could get the sp at the same stage as the business if we communicate to the market ( not Twitter linked-in, they are just ego boosting tact's).
Interesting article which, on balance, supports the need for gas storage for at least 15-20 years. With regard to positive updates from the board, the interim figures are due soon and I would imagine they want to give a full and frank update on current and prospective trading conditions. I have seen companies in the past who try constantly to inflate their share price with any snippet of positive news they can muster. I am happy for fewer but stronger long term updates which give build confidence.

Just so I'm on the same page, what interim figures are due soon, Lottie?
I have been back and forth through previous years RNS's to see what might be due.
I'm eager to see some figures for the first six months trading of H&W. Our first ever operating revenues. :)
But I can't seem to see anything that might be due anytime soon.
We've already had the interims on the 30th of April. ( 6 month period up 31st Jan 2020)
Previous years was on 17th of April.
Before that we had the final results on the 8th of January. ( year ending 31 July 2019)
Previous year it was the 7th of January.
So, if the current FY doesn't end till the end of next month what figures are due?
I know we get random project updates, the odd strategy update and even the occasional contract RNS.
But the only thing I can see due is the Sales and Purchase Agreement for the FSRU, on or before 31 July 2020.
And overdue is confirmation of an extention to the term sheet from Vimto. ( 11 June )
What have I missed?
I previously thought figures were due in August but after looking it was clear they are not due till Jan, Which is even more important we get an update NOW-ISH.
Si, my mistake, apologies. I was looking at the end July news due.
However. On a positive note. Page 18 of Saturdays Telegraph. UK to invest £1bn in Mozambique gas pipeline. A senior government source was quoted as saying "LNG was an important transition fuel as we work to reach the ambitious target of net zero emissions by 2050". If this offical thinking in the government, all should be well.
Think that's what Speedy posted a link to earlier ,Lottie. :)
LNG does seem to be gaing ground as a transition fuel though.
And who else is out in Africa singing up LNG contracts, no other than good old Vimto.
It is a few months old now but I saw this link on my spreadsheet yesterday.
