Does anyone on this board know what the AIM rules are that define at what level (%) a private investor has to declare their holdings?
Thank you in anticipation
3% and on every 1% increase
You going to the dinner Nobby?
I also feel it is coming together happy to be in for the ride and hopefully i can get my quota for this week . Price is firming as we speak so up it to 0.48 now .Im pretty sure these prices will be history soon on news . I think ireland is welcoming us with open arms and the locals will love infa
Thank you.
How does one qualify for the dinner I’m afraid I’m not au fait with these affairs?
More to the point am I under a legal / statutory obligation to report my holding if >3% and how would I go about that?
Sorry for all the questions
Christ. These shares must be tightly owned by a small number of people!
John Wood tweeted yesterday that he wondered if there would be any new members for the TR1 club annual dinner lol.
Best to contact NOMAD and they will advise anyone how to declare a notification of holding
aunty- Thats sounds good to me, as the rise will be emense once funding et al is published.
I've sent you a Twitter direct message Nobby
bobby, given that you only had (self professed) 8 million shares in January this year, unless you have purchased an additional 34 million shares between then and now then it is safe to assume that you will not have a requirement to notify a significant interest by means of a TR1.
Apologies, Nobby not bobby, damned autocorrect.
Thank you Spud
No worries.
Are you sure I only had 8 million in January ? I think you may be mistaken.
Nobby, the following is a copy of your post in January is below.
So, maybe the error was your’s, not mine.
“This is one of the most interesting rides I have been on. I worked for these guys back in 2007 and the share price hit 440p. I’ve held this stock for ever in my SIPP knowing that it would one day come good; at the expense of holding blue chips and getting dividends. Somehow I got my breakeven down to around 1.22p so finally after all these years I’m about breakeven ignoring inflation and other safer returns.
I’m holding nearly 8 million so I’m hoping that we will see a rerating. If you approximate each 0.1p in share price to £1million in Company value then I feel if this goes to FID we have to be thinking 3-5p given the number of shares and outstanding warrants valuing the company at £30 million + is not unreasonable. GLA.”
IMHO
That's why I think the sp spikes so much when demand is high. None of the big %age holders want to sell
Nobby, it was on the 2nd January 2019 at 10:29, if that helps you any.
Thanks for putting me straight HeidHoncho.
I currently own 54 million
Wow, so you pumped in an additional circa £170,000 to £340,000 into this share since then ?
I await your TR1 notification then.
You do realise that you are legally obliged to make that declaration, don’t you.
That is what I’ve been trying to discover but Spud has kindly put me right. Thanks
AMAZING a lot of shares nobby . Question for you investors dont your broker have to inform if u have over a certain percent . What i hold is pitifull but its a start at the right prices little acorns etc
