Well well well this is not the IMTK riser that we are used to...this bag of poop cannot maintain a rise after 3 white soldiers set it up to pop. Ridiculous low volume today. Hopefully better day tomorrow peeps.
I don't expect VM.
right, off to new thread.
Abal Group plc - cannot say that Angus Forrest did not deliver as promised on 6 Feb 2019 ie Companies House incorporation for Abal as said.
The stated objective of business is now known.
Who is the mystery CEO to come since Angus Forrest is not CEO per Abal website?

Big background buyer
Who's the big buyer?
Can feel the build up coming now. It won't be long.
I can feel the moneyshot coming soon. This share is going to bust all kindsa nuts. All kindsa nuts.
Mannan has is this share "Abal" to give us Tern like supercasino multibagger potential or a damp squib?
Jsmith I think we did get that 3rd white soldier if we go on last trade of today being 0.95p and last trade of yesterday being 0.925p. But for me it should have finished over 1p for bullish signal so I think we only just scraped through.
Scully did we get the 3rd white soldier in a row, not as many blues today?
2percent up

Africanskies - the bid offer was 0.90 - 0.93 at the time of that 1 million share trade so it's most likely to be a buy and you know it. That's a shameless deramp / windup from you. Also, the most you could sell was about 500k shares. I don't have time to talk to idiots.
Is that your 1 million sell at .95p earlier Scully?
I always thought L2 could be manipulated
L2 showing 1v4 but can easily test sell 500k shares for 0.95p. Something fishy. Do MMs need shares and playing usuaply L2 tricks to fool us?
If this is "Abal" to maintain the blue day and out of the red today then this will be 3rd white soldier in a row and very bullish technical signal. Stay long says thr British Bulls.

Nigel Burton is one of the few directors on Aim who is credible and has a good track record. He's the Chairman of PLMO. He increased the value of NUOG significantly and has recently resigned from NUOG after RMS, a surveying and driveshaft monitoring company he is involved in, announced surveying in the oil & gas sector. Trevor Brown of BRH, who is another credible one, and Nigel Burton both took the reigns of MRS, a company on the verge of delisting, and turned it around within a year.
Basically, Nigel Burton doesn't work with charlatans which btw Aim is full of. John's affiliation in business with Nigel is credit to John.
I like to invest in people.
P.S.
I checked on t re: John Treacy who is Non-Executive Director there as well [shell RTO]. From the RNS, the Nomad is WH Ireland. Oh, it happens that WH Ireland is IMTK*s new Nomad.
Nothing inferred - just interesting.
That*s all from me. I will have to just leave this to play out in whatever way it comes.
Recommended everyone*s post.
Snap, you beat me to it. Recommend @18:01, Sun 3 Feb 2019.
Re-Quoted: "S e v e r a l EXISTING & NEW potential investors have approached the co since the announcement on 26 Sep 2018 with interest and proposals."
Comment:
I agree with SW that IMTK had to become a clean shell first [historical now] since we now know this to be fact.
I checked Vin*s new co that she invested in ie Pythogoras. She was also a strategic significant investor. The co was owned by a husband and wife [same surname or brother & sister]. So, when Vin entered I assume that they split the co into 1/3 each? So, roughly what Vin was going to invest in IMTK. In the latest Companies House filing, I note that they have got in another investor or partner so presumably ,they have de-risked further. Vin is also now a Strategic Advisor to the co.
The co itself is interesting in that it is also a consultancy with some £10m turnover. If one looks at the website, the co has achieved Microsoft awards etc ie something that Vin likes in a co. It is in software. Vin tends to like a niche business eg providing technology etc to say health care or educational institutions etc. Her last co was to CONSOLIDATE these little tiddlers in the field and by doing so save costs eg no need for 2 Chief Accountants, CEO, HQ etc. Then, with a GROUP plc, she then CROSS SELLS? That
Almost the same thing as what Martin Sorrell did with WPP. However, management and acute accounting skills needed to do integration [history now].
For that reason, Vin commanded a premium then. However, I was aware that a VC would run through the books carefully and obtain a professional valuation as is norm. Hence, why the American co and Vin*s figures concur at 2p. IMTK themselves have said that they never made a profit from inception and the last loss at £600k was not perhaps sustainable over a longer perod? The American co that bought IMTK is based in America and therefore they could shut down IMTK*s American HQ since they don*t need two HQ*s in the USA to save costs.
As for John Treacy, Non-Executive Director of Abal Group plc [formerly IMTK] , he is also in PLMO which is expected to be re-listed. In that instance, they have RTO*ed a co. The CEO of the RTO co has quite an impressive C.V.
So, we have to wait to see how all this pans out. When I initially checked Companies House for Abal Ltd, it is listed under the category of Software publishing. Perhaps Abal Ltd is under the Abal Group plc?
So, just two case study scenarios. I think from John Treacy*s Linkedin, he is also from the VC type of industry and perhaps they get to hear of co*s etc. I have not delved further whether it is from John Treacy*s connections that co*s are sourced. However, it is not critically important except that he is in 3 potential shell situations a/c to one poster on this forum.
Just a discussion. So, open to whatever comes via IMTK RNS in the days to come.
DYOR. Pl chk.

Who's Nigel Burton?
I've decided to have a final topup of £3k in here tomorrow then I'll have invested a nice round £50k. Leaving it at that. Shiz or bust time.
A process that needed the loss making and capital intensive imtk removed first ?
Several existing and new potential investors have approached the Company since the announcement on 26 September with interest and proposals.

Africanskies no I'm not ok really, just a bit annoyed with this share at the moment and the markets in general, being a bear market and all that. Cryptos are all down too and I have 10s of thousands in that too especially Ethereum.
I do hope we get news next week as they do need to throw us a fricking bone or something.
Good luck all! Just watching some old school JAWS on tv for a bit of nostalgia with wine with the partner.
Have a good weekend!
Scully, Are you ok? Very up and down recently.
Agree it’s frustrating but I’m confident that we will get news next week. I haven’t a scooby about the details but can’t see us going the whole of next week without an announcements

Stillwaiting to answer your question about tax losses, I believe these can be carried over for 3 years to go against future profits and reduce these tax bills. It can in Ltd companies I run anyway. But I'm no accountant just hire one lol.
The lastest set of accounts showed a loss of £660k I believe. So maybe work from this?

Lol mannan that would mean me setting buy order to 0.3p and that's too much to pay for this disaster of a share.
Mr Brainer on Twitter who posted on LSE too had a Twitter conversation with Justin Waite back in the summer when Justin podcasted about the Vin Murria situation - Mr Brainer claimed that Angus Forrest had 9 companies bankrupted? https://twitter.com/Brainer_Aim/status/1023715251647377411
Do anyone know how we verify if there's any truth behind this?
Did any of you actually join me to vote against the sale??? If not, you all agree to having our customers, assets, future revenue, everything besides a bit of cash stripped which we didn't a pretty big proportion of to pay the liabilities they left us with?
Do you know what will happen with the £1m we have left? It will deplete quite rapidly probably sooner than the 6 month limit to reverse takeover - there's no revenue coming in. As any RNS projected the costs? No. Because they don't want you to know that. But let me tell you they will be big and eat away at that £1m in no time. Half of it may be gone in the next few weeks. You honestly don't think the £1m is just to pay to buy a business, how much is likely to dwindle away in expenses?
Scully on Monday buy some more but this time pay 3p
Selling the business was a terrible move. end of.
Better to cut your losses here while you still can - the 2p trade says it all, the MMS getting everyone's hopes up before this sinks to 0.2p. Wake up people.

fiveotes what do you mean the MMS are holding it back? There's hardly any volume so I doubt you are correct at all lol. The market doesn't have confidence in the BoD hence the low price, I'm glad you do though. I mean what kind of BoD sells the business and as no prospects for an acquistion or idea at all as stated on their website and the original RNS about the sale?
You're invested here on blind faith alone at the moment, I'm underwater here so just might as well see what happens, I have averaged down a bit.
fiveotes - no I'm still holding all of my shares and when I do sell I won't be looking back here though - hopefully I can sell above my average of around 1.8p though. I have a lot of shares in this so I think you'd have noticed if I'd sold in last few days duh. What do you mean suspended next week?
The MM's are holding it back, why would they raise the SP to entice people to sell when we will probably be suspended next week. They don't want shares they can't sell but I have confidence in the BOD, I believe it will come good
it,s not scully it,s the buy volume and the price rise .......

Don't listen to Scully he sold out a few day's ago. He took a gamble that the share price would fall much lower than it is and then buy back in, hence the constant talk down. The AIM is full of these characters
A few big buys and IMTK used to move up fast. Not the same with the dog of a company Abal
Doesn't look like MMs are "Abal" to get this thing going so probably going to sink to 0.2p now
alwayswinning I know and worryingly there are some individuals on here pretending they have insider information and they know otherwise. Disgusting. Not looking good at all here. One of my worst punts.
.......Looks pretty shzit I must say. The home page doesn't exactly fill you with confidence either where it reads:
Identifying a suitable target

As at the date hereof, the Directors HAVE NOT identified any investment opportunities which they have resolved to pursue. Ltd company listed under Nature of business (SIC)
58290 Other software publishing -
If A stands for Acquisitions then they're keeping it vague during due diligence with potential suitors so no-one has a clue and the deal can't go sour.
We know the company is listed under software or something was it? Can you remember?
All the buying in the last hour suggests that there may be some value here.

Stillwaiting - RNS just out - next week you refer to, do you mean 5th February so you think we could hear new acquisitiion news as soon as then?
Trading pattern is saying this is on a descending wedge so not looking good from a technical perspective. What you call deramping is what I call trying to have a balanced view of my investment/gamble here
Stillwaiting - Connor said "There are some great investors lined up" and "I don't think many on here realise what is going on in the background".
To me this is either a nod to insider trading or a lie to manipulate.
scully, you've certainly got some nerve for calling someone who mentions VM potentially coming back !!
you've mentioned every scenario under the sun and preach like its gospel.
tbh I don't care if you hold or not, AF has a plan and 8C have pumped £250K into it, Abal receive funds next week and then the plan can commence...
gla
Connor I'm really taking offense to you apparently pretended you know everything is fine here and that you have inside information from AF himself. All for your own manipulative ends? Can't someone invest and be honest.
Do you know something we don't or not?
Connor I doubt Vin Murria will appear again. That's just pure unfounded speculation and ramping. Trying to start a rumour. I doubt you know anything more than me, which is nothing about what's going on here
