Guys if you have time have a look at nano
It's all there in my posting history ! On the morning when you were crying like a premadona when you didn't get your low entry ! Jealousy is such an ugly trait ! The best part of the Genel rise is BT FAT wasn't part of it !!! Lol
You did bought at the very bottom of 57p it didn't even get to that SP. please stop with the lies 😂😂😂 Looking for £1.08 to breach here hopefully
Read my posts I bough Genel at 57p when you were deramping ! You are a dangerous dangerous leach ! Stop pumping and dumping while misleading the innocent !
Genl ya clown your only on here as I tipped it last week at 90p :-)
so many of these leeches around. They should be driven off
workover - indeed, resident rampers are to be ignored. But remember this is not a microcap share where a few individuals can manipulate the shareprice, so that shouldnt influence your decision to buy or not IMHO its a gamble, Apple loss is fully priced in, lets see if we get any positives from here
I read about IMG over the weekend and thought they might be worth a "punt" for a few grand then came in here and discovered that BTFATH is a newly elected resident ramper and that's where my interest in this share stopped! I would touch anything he's ramping because he will sell and start to deramp soon enough! mark my words ... claim to have bought at the recent low , sold at the recent high and then but at the new low? Not to be trusted!!! just read his history !!!!
Wobbly start as expected but buyer confidence appears to be back. Buys outweighing sells at 2:1 is a nice sign, will be nice to see the RSI return much higher in coming days.
Looking forward to a good week with sustained momentum to £1.20
Imagination face financial hurdle on the $23m loan secured against its headquarter office. Problems ahead me thinks. Remember it's only worth what people will pay and what's to say once they have u by the tennis balls that they will let u suffer until ur as cheap as chips before your eaten up for good. 80p will be seen again this week.
No way imo they will bid all though with hundreds of billions in cash it would loose change. I think there will be significant interest at this level though as the r&d technology and patents are worth our market cap alone. Apple would be pretty ****ed off if this were to happen though. Sustained upward move coming
The full article gives a very good picture I think of what can happen if Apple decide they want to absorbe you regardless of patents or IP and steal your hard work - or at least try! ' Without income from Apple, the company’s most likely future is a break-up and a sale. UBS estimates that Imagination will still need 11 cents per device sold from Apple if it is to break even. Lawyers and analysts suggest a deal is a realistic option. “There’s a lot of tech in this company, a lot of patents and capabilities,” says one person close to Imagination. Apple held takeover talks over a year ago before walking away and, on one uncharitable reading of the situation, the company has slashed the company’s value in order to secure a knock-down price. A sale to China, which is putting billions into semiconductor firms like Imagination, is more likely. Coming after other foreign takeovers of fellow chip designers ARM and CSR, another sale would lead to renewed soul searching in the industry. It would be an unhappy final chapter for yet another one of Britain’s tech jewels. ' I wonder where the first offer will come from? GLA
There is one reason I'm a buyer at this level. "Guy Millward, current CFO of Imagination Technologies, was CFO at Advanced Computer Software Group plc from 2013, until its sale to Vista Equity Partners in mid-2015 for £750m"... That is called value realisation and I fully expect the same to happen here at a significant premium to the current share price. Oh and don't rule out Tsinghua either...
Media coverage at the weekend after a 65% crash in the sp. herd have disappeared let the rise begin
weird indeed, hey-ho ride the consolidation wave back up.
It's quite puzzling, apple has a stake in img and it will be 2 years before the stop using the produc, strange
www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/17/04/9266189/what-does-apple-dropping-imagination-mean-for-other-appl "With nearly $250 billion in cash, Apple could have easily afforded to buy Imagination" "... some analysts, such as Jefferies’ Ken Rumph, are speculating that Apple may simply be taking a controversial approach to an Imagination buyout. By cutting Imagination loose, all of Imagination’s Apple-related value immediately poured out of the stock. Rumpf says Apple may be intentionally “using the warning of cessation to depress its prey’s valuation (and emphasize its dependence on Apple) before pouncing.”"
So your 'big payoff' is Balls?
Yes it's BRAND newly designed and marketed products - not its legacy products!
'Apple is of a view that it will no longer use the Group's intellectual property in its NEW products in 15 months to two years time, and as such will not be eligible for royalty payments under the current license and royalty agreement.' Pretty clear I think, Definately, NOT paying after 15mths -2 years - further transitional period is wishful thinking,IMO
IMG IP is within many Apple products iPhones, computers, watches, TVs even first fix IOT - so they're not going to give 65m every year for IMG to 'do nothing' but reap the royalties! That's a good business move but you need to have in place an alternative set of designs (created from scratch) and patents (non pending!) so Apple will be paying IMG after these next two years at a diminishing amount but definitely still paying! They say they've been developing alternate Designs to PowerVR for five years(?) even if they have a better design (very debatable) they need a set of brand new products before they stop paying IMG! A big payoff is on the way say £200m to buy out IP legacy - in the meantime IMG make new partners - who weren't interested when Apple were pulling the strings (which they've already done). This could even end up better than a 'disaster'. GLA
Just a balancing price.
Uncrossed trade means nothing.
What do they know ?
