No expert in oil but from a corporate point of view, if they didn’t think it was worth 35p the placees would have demanded a big discount given how strong their hand is in the current equity raising environment- crap for companies! And if it doesn’t rise to 35p, they may buy more on the open market. With 40p warrants ( and not many) that SP area looks safe to settle at
Nice to get placing away. My understanding is that BP have been there for a while and as part of this equity issue they have taken up their contractual rights for receiving warrants.
Next key date is April 2020? 'i3 announced on 29 October 2019 that it was obligated to enter a reserve-based lending facility by no later than December 2019 in order to remain in compliance with the terms of its Junior Loan Notes. The Majority Noteholders have now agreed to extend the date by which the Company must enter an RBL or find an alternative means of funding to achieve first oil from its assets to 30 April 2020.'
Disregard and under-estimate the presence of BP at your peril. BP along with several other Majors have been in the North Sea since initial discoveries in the 1970's and have un parrelled knowledge of the geology and environment. There are some Clown Posters here who choose to ignore this very important fact. One even states " why did it take 4 weeks to complete" (funding placing). Does this Prophet have any idea how these matters are arranged and completed? I suggest not as the verbals issued are designed to manipulate the minds and consequently the investment decisions of weak minded individuals ( sorry). These investors should examine the ways and methods in which Prophets construct and spread selective reports, often caveated with their own misguiding advice. They are mind-benders, dangerous and only Trading on small margins. Small margins which when magnified by a large number of transactions gives them a comfortable life-style.
The Disciples attracted are just a tool of their trade, and cannot see it.
Wonder if the Prophet has an aeroplane!! Gary Numan once got lost in his ( I think a Piper ) and landed on a Motorway.
As always do your own research
Well I hope you won at snooker......if you have at least you have won at something this week!
Ah this is Gary Numan? Ah yes absolutely agree. Mug.
Read his clueless posts on here and twitter today....clueless about what was gonna happen
What's the beef with Garyn?
Anyone who listens to Garyn ever again after today needs their head tested....he still just doesn’t accept that the placing was gonna happen and indeed did happen...hope he gets royally roasted....
He bends both ways ! Right?
Garys not stupid he must surely have bought back in after selling up!!
garyn have you heard of BP? Seems the company may have put you in the queue at MacDonalds on 25th December. Sorry they are closed, bread and water it is. Yo Ho Ho
June 3 2019 RNS: ‘i3 Energy plc, an independent oil and gas company with assets and operations in the UK, is pleased to announce that it has closed investments with funds managed by Bybrook Capital LLP, BP Oil International Limited, funds managed by Lombard Odier Investment Managers group, and James Caird Asset Management in a £22mm junior loan note facility, the key terms of which were announced by the Company on 1 March 2019 ("Junior Facility" or "Loan Notes").’
