Any idea why share price is above 130p offer and possible dividend of 1.75p ie 131.75p is there a hope of a higher offer?
MGR bought 12% of the company.
MGR just doubled their profit!

Lets see what 2018 holds for HvN :-)
Things are really shaping up nicely for HvN. Good acquisitions, new CFO and business doing well. Keep going Harvey Nash !!
I have been invested here since 2009 Ive had a steady rising dividend every year but the share is at a two year high point With the aim vote passed its goodbye from me for now GLA
but now up with its peers imv...sold a few and now on free carry
So DBAY has built a stake of over 26% (and could be higher depending on trades from Friday). I'm surprised that it hasn't risen slightly more on speculation alone. They could be in line to get the whole HVN business very cheaply at this rate.
I have been invested here some eight years solid little company which has paid a very good rising dividend But I for one will not be voting to join the snake pit which is Aim If the goes ahead in favour it will be the end of my shareholding
dont you think it has done well considering revenues as a whole still were up from last year on a constant currency basis, especially on uncertain times all about building a better strategy now whilst i agree with the uncertainties here i have taken the plunge myself :)
Today's rise shows the market likes the results. But whilst I can't argue with the share price, the business still posted falls in the key financials on a constant currency basis. Together with Brexit and other global risks the outlook in my mind is uncertain, and I'm not taking the plunge. PS: The upside is based on a diversified global business which also grows through acquisition. So I'd like to see if that can be executed well before I'm in.
Get ready for a bid-probably from DBAY
Does anyone know if we are going to get a trading update prior to announcing the official results?
though gatc may be better bet??
Bought in today on multiple director buys. Did the bare minimum of research as per norm and took the plunge. Have a made a balls up?
I was just looking at buying in as well. recruitment eh? Useless as ever.
Potentially http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/business/business-news/recruiters-shares-could-worth-closer-12147071
triggered perhaps ...seems cheap enough @60p...but not rushing to average down lol
maybe it went ex dividend, i got in here at 64p so down a bit, but shud get some dividends
...happened this afternoon? A 10% drop with no news and not much selling? Any clues anyone?
