What with Trump winning in USA nothing surprises me anymore....apart from this share!!. Valued at less than cash, another full year of op's covered by $2m from end of year, then $4m turnover stood still....no debt...in excess of £30/40m spent on R&D, stacks of patents, huge % holder shareholders??...excellent IP... this coy is a bargain for a synergy player..they'd be currently purchasing all for virtually nothing!!. Way under valued and I'd not be surprised to see a 3-5p takeover. This coy has a serious PR/marketing problem... I could sell more bottled water on the local market stall... Needs taking over,, get rid of all the dead wood executives and off you go.. Very surprised the larger shareholders have let this happen to Halo..
Dropped by 9% yesterday on a 100,000 sell,now 2 nice buys,Erm
Because it is a US stock, TD want me to make a declaration via an online W-8BEN form. First time I have ever come across this

Liberum Positive On HaloSource Despite Profit Warning brokers still confident wouldnt be surprised if they get taken out at these lows. still a risky play but could give a quick high reward
http://ir.halosource.com/aim-rule-26.aspx Invesco Perpetual hold 28.5% and Neil Wooford around 24.9%. Some one may well be interested in the technology

Liberum Capital today reaffirms its hold investment rating on HaloSource DI (LON:HALO) and set its price target at 10p
The normal market size is only 10,000, and it looks like the market makers are sticking to it (they don't always). That in itself is probably a good sign for the share
Tried to buy 100,000 since 4pm everytime rejected
How much debt do they have?
Update is on the company website Pumpky........ am slightly tempted to have a go here, never heard of it before so doing a bit more digging.
FUNDED TILL Q2 2017 THIS SHOULD BOUNCE UP NICELY HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology solutions company trading on London's AIM market, today provides an update on trading ahead of the year ending 31 December 2016. As announced on 26 July 2016, total revenues from continuing operations for the six months ended 30 June 2016 were negatively impacted by manufacturing related stoppages at a key customer in China. Although these issues were resolved over the summer, demand for the Company's products into the second half from this key customer has been weaker than expected. As a result, the Company expects revenues for the year ending 31 December 2016 to be materially lower than market expectations, and in the range of $2 to $3 million. While the Company has taken significant steps during the year to reduce operating expenses, the reduction in revenues will result in the net loss for the full year being higher than market expectations. As at 31 December 2016 the Company expects to have net cash of approximately $2.0 million, which would fund the Company through to Q2 2017 at the current cash burn rate. However, the Board will continue to take proactive steps to reduce the cash burn rate to prolong the funding position of the Company through to at least the end of 2017. This includes closing its production facility in India by the end of 2016, with customers in India to continue to be serviced by its Chinese facility. The impact of these steps will result in the Company's expectations for revenue for 2017 being in a range of $4 to $6 million. In light of the above, the Company's Board will undertake a review of all strategic options available to the Company. Shareholders will be updated further in due course.
