good post!
it certainly has broken away from the bio index as that is falling off a cliff, but if you look at the ftse, and the timing of the spike you can see the correlation, nothing is easy, holding or trading, but holding is much simpler. we are in oversold territory, but so is the bio ETF, so the ftse looks to be the driving factor today, which is not always the case, however the ftse still looks bearish to me. we only have a month or so to wait for the LGS data, which could keep us buoyant, but you never know with this stock as it really is volatile http://www.express.co.uk/finance/city/667809/FTSE-loses-billions-amid-UK-economy-fears
Up 4.06% back to 455p which is still a less than I was hoping for. Will continue to hold. Funny old share really, bounces around a lot. If you knew the right time it was going to turn would be quite easy to make a fair bit of cash trading it whilst it bounces around the £4something to just over a fiver mark..... Easier (and safer) just to hold did she goes North properly though. Hope she can tick-up 17.75p every day next week too......
Soz . . . this :https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02053272?term=GWP&rank=11
Gaining stateside, and this posted on US board . . .This study should be coming to an end soon, good be very exciting A Study of GWP42004 as Add on to Metformin in the Treatment of Participants With Type 2 Diabetes... CLINICALTRIALS.GOV
hard to say, cos it could just be filling the gap, looks to be heading back down, yesterday on cnbc some of the traders were saying a small rally was due today, hence the reason the usa markets are up a bit, but they were only jumping in for a quick trade, which is why i think the markets will make another downward move either tomorrow, or more likely next week. i dont for one minute think we will head really low, at worst its poss we test 394, but as always its just my opinion, and i could be wrong, no harm in stating it though ;)
Anyway back to gw , whats your view gwph slightly up now
well, if stocks in general do crash over the summer, gold could fly...
Thats what happened gold was 1900 they just spent spent spent , they didnt see the drop coming , its very much diluted and bondholders in charge but still think they will recover and quite fast
The pox hub will create value , debt has really reduced last 18 months but the new takeover may be to soon , i think it could double next few months , bit needs higher gold price
yeah, done a bit of reading about it, could be good in the near term, what do they have to achieve to really make it pop?
Just sayin the recovery has started
Yes agree lost a lot but got back in on the rights issue at 5p defo my long termer lol
:) just looked at pog, six years ago it peaked at 1348, its now trading at around 8p, its a russian gold mining company..... best stick with GW, at least it should pop big time on data, POG will have to literally strike gold to get back up the heady heights of £13. but its a good example of what can and does happen to stocks! props to anyone that can hold that long in a sea of red, i would of bailed years ago.
Take a look at pog , looking good for a rise now after a nightmare 6 years
Yes think i missed the near 5.20 last week or so , in at about 4.70 just wait and see i suppose
not a lot, its not good really, just shorts covering, and peeps buying what they think is a bargain. "GW Pharma FQ2 revenues off 56%, net loss widens 216%, cash flow drops 224%; shares off 5% " http://seekingalpha.com/news/3180137-gw-pharma-fq2-revenues-56-percent-net-loss-widens-216-percent-cash-flow-drops-224-percent?source=email_rt_mc_readmore&uprof=45&dr=1#email_link still too much uncertainty in the markets as a whole and the slight bounce on the ftse looks very weak, could try to break through 6100 again tomorrow or next week.
Just pleased there was no major drop , it seems these results were sort of priced in , just wonder what can make this rise now ?
yep, drop and pop, sort of ;)
swings and roundabouts :)
i think the ftse could be the deciding factor, and that is offering no clues either at the mo.
Thought we'd taken the plunge ! Wait a rally . . . blimmen lark this is !
yep, i still cant guess where we are heading today.
everything hangs on the success of epidiolex . . . as we know, no real surprise there then, burning cash but on the upside . . . . clocks still ticking ;)
