you get one ADR for every 12 shares on AIM, FX wont change that, only the value of said shares will change
Thanks kingskin, I understand that. I guess my question is that are we disadvantaged given where the ex ch rate is today. Reading the RNS, it suggests that we get 1 for every 12 share we hold or the other way round - but that doesn't really matter in my question. What I meant is that if sterling had been higher, the number of shares we would get on the conversion date would have been higher. I'm pretty sure I didn't articulate that well! :)
yes, if the pound rebounds, it will impact negatively, though the chances of it going up significantly are very low.
cant help you, i'm outa my depth here, omg like ! Also any help appreciated . . . .
Apologies if this sounds like silly question, but does the fact sterling has plummeted recently disadvantage us if at some future point it rises again against the greenback. To be clear, I bought the shares 5 years ago when the ex ch rate was very different today. I hold the AIM listed version. Any help would be appreciated.
i guess some might want to sell due to the different tax on nasdaq.
Probably one ofvthe takeover conditions , uk buyers could get stitched up
.... have not even woken up and seen it yet... lol..
Thats a massive rns anyone know if there gonna be a large sell off
yep, like i said last week, we should be looking at the gap, best guess 110-115, but could go as low as 107, if we dont bounce from there though...mid 90's could call.
How low will it go i wonder , any thoughts
its the worst keep secret in hospital, yet she knows one person, in canada that went on to use stronger painkillers, it's amazing how they can use one unsubstantiated story to block the move and affect so many people that are suffering, i always wonder where their compassion lays...big pharma perhaps?
interesting stuff, though the bit at the end is typical, so nice of them to tell people in pain that getting fit will cure them....ffs.
thanks stevie!! Mr Blunt managed to stop poppers being banned...wonder if he will mange the same with CBD? glad to see he is asking pertinent questions ;)

but that will change with MHRA approval!
https://medipen.co/ask-our-experts Note the disclaimer regarding its not being a medicinal devize or substitute for medical treatment. So just to confuse they call it "Medipen"?
will it lead to a monopoly? well no, cos we now have medipen. but we donr know what trials have been done, or what conditions they intend to approve it for. someone here must know someone that knows a bit more about medipen, are the APPG behind the push?
how much will it cost? will it be available on prescription? if so which conditions? when the shut down of cbd suppliers comes into force at the end of the month, how are people that use cbd going to get hold of it? pertinent questions, and riddocks post . . . . . . interesting times indeed for GW methinks, will this lead to a monopoly for us re CBD ?
thanks lol
that is it exactly, on top of that we have the falling pound, which has the effect of keeping us up a bit
There should be a large sell off but people are afraid to be out incase takeover rumours re emerge , very cat and mouse
