@Horult
I had a read of the BB, it was hard to pick up any convincing views..some talk about a 25% holder ?
The last bounce I thought was the loan being worked, now the BB seems to make it sound like the company is failing..
So your still confident ?
These make think an II is at play
A typical days vol for TM1 in a single trade, on the mid so unknown, not delayed...

Confident is a strong word Dai haha
I'd say I'm more hopeful!
There is 1 or 2 big derampers there spreading fud especially AJS but if you ignore him ( and whoknowwhy who has only appeared recently and never said anything positive ), most people there are content to be holding.
I still like the idea of the company - and I am wanting to be in long term - but also know low caps are risky so will be selling some on a spike to build up my 'free' holding pot
news on black mass should be soon, the reverse takeover is overdue was originally expected Q1 - guessing it's all tied into the black mass red tape. They have stockpile ready to sell but need the permissions to transport it
plus there is also an update on the proposed sale of the ireland lithium play to be finalised, so several news items 'imminent' any of which could cause a spike
Why do they need permission to transport their black mass, is it a dangerous substance ?
and do they have a buyer, that is also named ?
The black mass is a mixture of the metals and elements - and yes many of them are toxic to the environment - so need secure safe shipping routes/containers etc
I 'think' they need to have a buyer in place first in order to set up the shipping permissions- so guess that's why all the red tape is taking it's time. Buyer not yet been announced. Lots of deals, paperwork and signings.
hey I guess all the lawyers are happy anyway🤣 The one group of people who never miss out on making money!
Sounds like a scam...
Taken some dead batteries, shredded and processed them into a black mass producing a hazardous material for which the unknown buyer intends to process into new batteries or create a new single source protein to save the world
Batteries are highly acidic so I suspect they have strict rules around handling it and transportation etc
They are eating up that £5.5m facility announced in March, £2.1 drawn so far..
Will be a whole set of rules but probably nothing new, just a handy excuse I expect..
If you have a hazardous products, to ship to a customer you would expect all to be part of the course
TM1, RNS, Conversion noticed just ahead of the 20% bonus warrants about to be issued end of month when TM1 draw from the facility..
Technology Minerals will issue 18,384,043 Ordinary shares of £0.001 per share ("Ordinary Shares") at a conversion price of 0.43516 pence per Ordinary Share.
So maybe price has been helped down to get max warrants from the draw down, and converting others ahead reading for the climb back up, even if its 20% or so...
Or are they expected the price to fall further, So looking to sell some....Mmmm.. ???
I was disappointed to see it drop further TBH
I thought it would have bounced of 0.6 resistance as it has done before
still like the company and trying to be hopeful on it. Desperately need some news on the black mass deal or the reverse takeover. Slipped from Q1 into Q2...but is Q2 now doubtful?
Or were they forward sold, so replace loaned shares ?
Have they a buyer for the black mass?
Not yet announced
but rumours of it being BASF, they have a new black mass refining plant in Germany and apparently building one in India
So would TM1 complete the RTO before Recyclus has customers ?
I assume its them who have the black not TM1 ?
Mates rates on the UT ?
everything else 0.51 or 0.55

If they are looking for new sites, hopefully this means they are in final stages of production ramp up at existing site. Otherwise why look for new site if there are major issues at your existing ones?
That or they are sprinkling some icing sugar on the jam for tomorrow🤣
Sugar, meeting with Gov agencies, potential sites, no real details just potential lol
RNS, new director, sounds like a nice fit for the future factories expansion
Technology Minerals will issue 25,717,151 Ordinary shares of £0.001 per share ("Ordinary Shares") at a conversion price of 0.349961 pence per Ordinary Share.
"announces that it received a Conversion Notice from Atlas Capital Markets LLC ("ACM") on 10 June 2024 for £90,000 ..."
Listing 17th June
I wonder how many they are still holding of " £420,000 of which has been converted into new Ordinary shares (including this conversion). "
