What are they doing with the money ?
They own a rig but have gone for rigless testing.....the well is drilled and lined yet the costs keeping increasing each phase
The budgeted cost of the operation is US$10.2 million which includes a 5% contingency.
He1, I can't imagine pulling back so much unless this morning was a major pump.. 1p MC £53m, while its been around £100m at times... funded for now
Matd, that has a delay hanging over it and a harsh Mongolian winter, its only a few weeks before DQE start work with P China.. That could mean more funding required however done
Get in early risk unpleasant surprises, leave it too late and miss out, timing....
Shame they did put year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 forecasts in....
He1 1.65bn traded in 2.5 hours, Lorna the traders darling, and LTH's reaper
Ill jump in HE1 but I need a lower price, I want to get in nearer the 0.50 range but give it a few weeks with no news and it will pull back into that range I think.
MATD is doing the same thing huge news yet the SP is slowly pulling back into the 3's which is a great buy in price.
Don't read the BB if you want to sell, that way you only see the price...
KR
Yeah - I think people are yo - yoing between Hex & He1 - to be expected I suppose . Both are now fully funded for the drills ahead .
If both find commercial helium I shall be a happy chappy - just hope I can remember where the sell button is at the correct times ! Lol
Maybe its DELTs news if they are North Sea based, Labour seen as a threat
I could of brought at 0.53 and its not over 0.6 to sell so id ofg made a quick profit. Whilst its annoying I think the SP will pull back as the shares are sold into the market, I cant see it staying this high but who knows...
Quite a few oilies are down today, theat could be investors selling up to get into HE1?
@Deep100, I suspect He1 price is being driven by the smart money and traders... That BOD & Lib just keeps creating lows so the smarts have rises to sell into.. With inside info the II are making a killing...
Could be the biggest thing since those hydrogen trucks...
Some big vol candles, followed by tickups, being 15M and 35m you would suspect delayed sells under the circumstances
Sellers vs buyers at 0.6p, is this the top, its really tight about £40 on 1m shares
He1 flying, .. We all should have loaded up, to sell the high, and buy back the dip, so easy lol
With what's written in that update, I bet the smart money did a little pumping
Mmmm........Costs still owing, no production so they may need money
Regardless of Deltic's intention to withdraw from the licence, it is expected that Deltic may be required to honour certain expenditure in relation to the appraisal well which was approved by the JV prior to the withdrawal notice being issued. The value of the committed expenditure, which may potentially be material to the Company, will be established with the Operator following the formal withdrawal process, and it is expected that these costs may not become fully payable until H1 2025.
Rightly or wrongly- who knows - I made a top up on Hex this morning @ 23p .
I’m just not sure about He1 - to now decide to drill deeper just makes me think they either don’t understand the data they have or they know they haven’t got good enough data to go commercial?
Obviously I may be completely wrong about this but along with my distrust & dislike for this BOD , I just don’t feel like risking any more money with them !
90 is great, plenty of time to trade the dips, and get some FOMO..
Take a look at Zephyr, I thinks its done 4 to 5p 2or 3 times, thats 40-60% before results
I managed to buy at 0.52p while 0.538 was consistently going through on the chart, trade completed but didn't chart, or I missed it ?
I seen some 10m trades at near that and assumed sells ... no I wonder
Yeah they both seem to be playing games, I remember when hex floated he1 released an operational update to try and remain in the spot light. I think they know how much they are linked so it’s about who can draw in the most investors.
Coif be a trading opp like char before…. Bad news but they drill in July so may recover. The only issue is it’s a 90 day drill and I can’t see people hanging round that long so it may not take off.
Excellent strategy from Hex & very clever . People who were holding back for the He1 placing may well be putting their money into Hex instead. They actually seem to have a proper plan and are fully funded for the upcoming drill .
I think I may buy a few more Hex instead of He1 myself- had it with bandits at He1
Bad news there, couldn't get funding or JV...
They have been waiting for He1 to announce the placing before releasing the results of the scoping survey . They are playing a very clever game !
Yeah deffo as I brought in their yesterday so hopefully it will get a nice boost this morning.
Well timed scoping study RNS from HEX this morning..
Just seen the fundraising update.... no build up to Q3 drilling, caught again...
Makes me wonder if they bumped up the price at the end of the day, to off-load what looks like a big buy....
Big discount for so much potential, where is the premium attached to a world class asset ?
@Deep100, sold way back but bought some the other day as it bounced, just 4 trades before the selling started or I noticed it. End of the 1st day it finished strong, but the seller was back the next day... thats why I am watching so closely..
Today it finished strong with big buys, the size of the sells being worked getting smaller... Will see tomorrow if the selling continues...If they are selling I doubt they want to sell below placing price, but will probably like it to recover if they have more to off load..
unless they loaned shares, todays end of day big buy was comparable with the size of the big sells yesterday ?
Who knows...place your bets ..
Well your winning either way with a curry and a beer on a Monday night lol if you want to get greedy and make money too well that’s icing on the samosas lol
I tgink with the huge dilution the sp will dip below placing prices next few weeks so I don’t think there is a rush to buy into this. We need details on when drilling is due to start etc then get in and prob look to make 10-20% and sell up. Could repeat the cycle a few times I’m not sure in the results and tbh they are full of mistakes so it’s prob better to play the cycles/ buy into dips and sell on highs.
(Easier said than done I’ll admit!)
