Come on peepers admit UR still in love with this share's story. What price RU back in - you should now have a "tidy" profit from your last position to reinvest.
Let me make my personal position clear though I am not obliged to do so. There seems to be interest in it. There may be others who do not make their positions clear.
Following Wyloo, I had an average of 8.2 . SP seemed to be moving against, so I sold 10p - 9p. Something around there in tranches.
Punters seem to me to have been concerned with a potential fundraise, and the effect of that on the SP, pending mining, FCF, and accretion. So they been selling.
I am on the fence. I do not mind, actually, which way the SP goes. I think there will be money to be made later.
Fundamentally, I await clarification, before possibly rebuying. I won’t be alone. But were I in at this price I think I would be holding, with a fistful of dollars to take advantage/put things right.
Have a good day.
Someone likes the sound of their own voice, day after day!!!
White man speaks with forked tongue.
Posting (juuust enough negativity) everyday from someone that’s not invested isn’t normal unless there’s an ulterior motive, which you’ve had from the get go. Think most people know and see u as harmless just getting tedious now
It’s just a chat amongst chums, Joub.
It’s interesting. Some can at least try to see both sides of a discussion.
Being pragmatic, I think answers usually tend to transpire to be somewhere in the middle.
Blanks? Your mind is playing tricks on you again Pepsi.
They are right. You are subtle, always have been...and you think you are clever (lol)... Perhaps you are compared to your circle, that circle/hamster wheel inside your cage. So your issue is narrative and the fact you show your hand too often with realising. You are not fooling anyone apart from yourself and i know you know that.
It’s true he’s firing blanks.
I don’t think he’s sniping you are very subtle though…clever. You’re not even invested yet you co time to post every bloody day!
Who do you choose to label as ‘armchair.’ You down Havieron or something? And dissenters?
Not me if I am required to say so. You will not find that in my posts. Neither I, nor you, know the outcome here on the current issues being discussed on a chat board.
I am sure SD and his board are vastly more qualified than some of the armchair dissenters on the discussion board, who may not even be shareholders!!! I trust they will make the correct decisions on my behalf.
If you disagree any content, please say so. Or you just continue to snipe from behind cover.
Telfer was badly affected by ‘mispricing’ gold hedging. It’s possible that could be revisited. But I do believe that capex will be required if it is to go on beyond current mine life.
The Pepsi Method.
Shoot ones self in the foot and then enter the 100m !
Is Telfer now running at a loss? I didn’t think it had yet come to that.
The last thing Ggp want is this being dragged out, alongside dewatering. Newmont are arguably in a better position in that scenario, but I doubt they’ll see much merit in being other than responsible partners whilst they remain so.
Chartarex - Fully agree with your synopsis. Newmont will obtain sufficient monies and more from the sale of their 6 Tier 2 mines. Anything else is a bonus. The ongoing costs just to service the loss making Telfer will force their hand to sell their 70 percent share of Havieron. Both these assets are inextricably linked.
My take on things, for what it's worth:
Telfer is nothing without Havieron, and vice versa.
Newmont will give them Telfer for pennies on the dollar, and Greatland will take over all remediation costs at end of life.
Newmont will take an ongoing royalty from Havieron of maybe 4-5%.
Just my guess, as good as anyone's I suppose.
Ratboy - Fully agree. SP could even triple!! Of importance should the SP rocket you may be unable to purchase a sufficient number of shares. The MMs will most likely steer those shares towards the institutions.
A double or triple from here would be welcomed
So I think Newmont will be in expectation of Ggp coming forward with an acceptable plan around funding.
Arms length in the early stages. And in the end depends on who makes what offer and their ability to complete. Business. No ‘favours’ will be done.
Any signed deal that officially gives us access for Telfer the SP doubles in a day........... 🤞
Don’t get me wrong I think and hope GGP will try and buy Telfer and that Newmont will want to sell them Telfer. But they’ve got to at least have a bit of fun doing the negotiation dance.
Looking forward to it all unfolding.
GLA
And it seems to be Mcquarrie who will be filtering expressions of interest and advising Newmont on how best to proceed.
