Probably NT to sell as well though.
Ok so as it states on the website they haven't completed any sales, it's all intent subject to approvals. These are the same indicative sales and the same value that were referred to months ago.
Strongboes there is no way that GDR wouldn't release news on completed sales as they know that even if we completed £1m of sales that it would move the share price as it did with ODX and NCYT.
Course it is
NT to Buy now
My question was not 'have they sold tests' it was 'how many tests have they sold'.
Got the link strongboes for where it says we have sold tests?
GDR have sold tests, its on their website, they don't seem to want to rns anything to do with sales, what can we do. It's incredibly unlikely that they aren't increasing sales day by day, and that Beckman along with Test zone in different jurisdictions wont be taking high volume from them. The level of ignorance on this board is ridiculous.
@Furion - averaging down (not just here, but anywhere) IMHO does nothing if it's not the best use of the wedge you are proposing to invest. If you'd get a better return on that money from some other share than you would from the one you're averaging down on, then you'd put the money somewhere else, right? The only reason not to would be that you'd have another share exposure to keep researched (unless you've topped up one you already have), or to not "feel" bad about a -ve position.
"No holder needs to be nervous at all here"
How long have they had a working test and how many have thye sold? Its not as if there isnt a demand for tests right now. This should be like selling bottles of water in the Sahara.
I was thinking of averaging down even further but am worried to put more in as i feel after the RNS no update on approvals and no sales info and DB very quiet makes me edgy if their is some issue, i personally would not feel comfortable putting more in to find we have great products but are a whole 6 months 12 months late to the party and competitors are sitting at the table with the big customers... leaving us with great products approvals and no on to buy our stuff just my thoughts
GLA
Yes magsy it gets boring, your just more persistent at it !
Good idea but I am in highly on NYC tv and odx with a bit of debt
gell, why not average down, looks like you can buy for £1.
I have opened my bottom drawer it will come good not sure when I just leave them for a while especially as I am in at £2.06 missed judged this one oh well can't get it right every time thank God for nyct
drlong, do you have a problem with people repeating the same message over and over again when it's signalling something positive for GDR? I haven't seen you calling out people who do this.
Far from stressed magsy, you just have the rhetoric in every post you put.
Yes we can clearly see your view point ,you put it in every post!!i just find it peculiar how you have to repeat your messgae a fair few times everyday, its a odd behaviour
@KD , I did the same, the reason I have moved here was Genedrive has other scalable products can generate revenue , the only issue here is secrecy and not communicating with the investors, I have emailed them asking some information on approvals in India and UK, they don’t bother replying. ICMR says on the website it takes only 2 weeks to validate a kit , GDR applied in June and what happened ? Has anyone put this question to GDR ?
Heimlich, you should research " intact virus" before jumping the gun. There must be absolutely no reason why avct is valued at £450m after all. I'll leave it there. ;-)
@kd82
I had the same train of thought some one really has the anchors on this share, that news had a lot of positivity in it even from a marketing point of view, but dang SP is just stuck even falling away.... could go either way ...
Keeping positive... from behind the sofa LOL
GLA
@haha are you sure you’re reading the numbers the right way round? GDR’s 98.2% specificity means 1.8% false positives.
Yes, when comparing to NCYT it's frustrating but only a mistake if it doesn't work out in the long run. Admit confidence here appears to be at an all time low, but I held went to dropped to nearly 60 and will continue to hold now.
Annoying thing is that I was in both NCYT and ODX at one stage and then moved everything COVID related here, oh well, that's hindsight for you.
There still plenty of news to come in the pipeline, I took yesterday's RNS as a positive except for the slight delay in release.
Can't top up, maxed my ISA
Yes we need patience but let's be honest, this has taken far longer than anybody expected including DB himself. NCYT is a shining example of how short some of these timelines could have been in different cicumstances.
If the argument is that the strategy that GDR employed takes more time than some of it's competitors then it looks like that strategy was a mistake.
Yup I'm afraid so. It is a shocking number but some if I remember, say up to 93% , there are differing opinions on this but the general consensus among the scientific community agree it is pointless detecting dead uninintact viruses in a patient's body and classify and include it as a positive in the statistics.
Magsy-GDR have completed the assay design for POC and is generating very promising analytical date-DB cannot say more than this.
COV-2 kit being designed to detect in Saliva samples-their timings so far as VERY good..ETC etc. Rapid testing and throughput. The market has been keen to obtain an update. Now we have that and nobody's pleased because it's not immediate results. I've said time and time...PATIENCE. It takes time for a small company to get manufacturing etc etc in place even with fantastic partners.
If's clear their testing requirements are more stringent than most. Time will tell.
GLA and have a happy weekend.
