Still plenty round share amounts going through, of which I'm convinced are institutions still selling
But with volume far lower today they just taking what they can get without over forcing price down so the sells are lower amounts
There is no need to force things, why eat into their profit, they will drop feed the shares of need be
Can't be long now, then next piece of big news after they are no longer selling, it will fly
Thanks teabiscuit, is it common practice that if there is a share placing the existing iis will sell beforehand to keep the same percentage after the placing? Like a lot of ppl here I'm surprised the sp has been held bk so much

To be honest teabiscuit is a pretty good sign the II's are even invested here in the first place... many small caps would love ii's on their books.
Thanks BB. Bottom line is regardless the II's are there to make their clients money and are masters at how and when to buy and sell so that they always benefit to the maximum they can. I am confident this is all part of that and we shall see this go up 50%, 100% again on our way to the correct valuation on the news as and when it comes in, we are guaranteed some moves up in share price
Isnt it the agm today?
If so , Wonder if they will drop a trading update in?
Imo.
ii have vastly more restrictive rules for buying and selling than the private investor. So where as a pi will certainly have the sense to hold here while the re-rate happens in the coming weeks the ii will have to manage their position even if there is more profit on the table to be had. The ii are limited to the profits the can have due to risk management, also keep in mind currently GDR is classed as a MicroCap so there will be a limited amount of ii who can actually trade this stock due to that factor alone.
Thanks bigbench, hopefully after the placing tomorrow things start to get back to where they should be
Hi Dangermouse….. I have no idea how the II's operate with their clients money, I would guess they would be happy with a much smaller % than we pi's strive for...but if they see plenty value in a stock then why sell out early is my thought?
Bigbench is it likely that the iis will carry on selling when the next order news comes? Ive been here since 30p and honestly thought we would be close to 400p by now. Gdr ticks every box
Morning Technick… the really big trades don't seem to show up on L2.. maybe a more expensive platform may show that data but not the basic one on here. I've sold some big chunks over the years £70k -£100k and the MM's have to work them through out the day at different prices so you never know actually how much you receive until the order has been fully processed. I'm not 100% if the MM's do the same for the ii's but id say it is hence sometimes the buys are flooding in and the SP doesn't hardly move all day.. a TR1 always arrives shortly after.
This could easily go 100% from here, what I'm not sure of is with the larger trades (assuming that they don't appear on the L2 books) how they then affect the share price, it must be the smaller trades throughout the day, then are these larger trades simply passing through so that they don't raise the price. Not transparent.
it sure did FoF… shows how undervalued it is now, massively oversold.. stop losses smashed...T 20's closing.... forward selling.... once the sales numbers/contracts arrive it will correct itself and the bottom will be way past £2 imho
Touched £3 before placing on 5th May.
Now half that price and have since achieved a CE product!

From the TR1s we've had and the PI allocation (which if they were going to forward sell should have done so by now) we can already account for about half of the placing shares being forward sold or LTH PI held. Plus whatever's gone on yesterday and today, and there's definitely been more imo, so we might get more delayed TR1s.
The existing IIs could have sold at any time when we were in the high 100s, even low 200s before the placing so I'm hopeful they'll hold their existing shares tight and will have just turned over the new allocation. So any selling tomorrow will likely be by new IIs that joined from the placing and couldn't forward sell.
I'm glad that an orders etc. RNS has not hit yet so as not to be pulled back by the forward selling, would be great to get that RNS once the new shares are on the market - tomorrow would probably be good timing, maybe Friday is better to allow settlement and a gentle rise beforehand.
We should get an RNS today to say everything was approved at the GM.
Most of it will have already been forward sold so it will make no difference. If you think there will be a sudden drop in price that shall not be the case. Be glad to get past tomorrow, that has been for the shareholders one of the worst placing I've seen done by a company short term, however as long as they use it as suggested and do not do further placing in the near term then fair enough.
Reckon lower near term and then much higher in around a month or so.
