Have you tried calling them?
Tried to buy 8.am halfax still won't allow trades .imho they are not the best
Accounts out. Look good. Suspension should be lifted by Monday morning (imho)
Still today?
Greka Drilling Limited (AIM: GDL), the largest independent and specialized unconventional oil & gas driller in Asia, has been unable to publish its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 by 30 June 2018 and accordingly trading in the Company's shares on AIM has been temporarily suspended pending publication of the annual report and accounts. A change in accounting personnel at the Company has contributed to the delay although the Company's auditors are concluding their review at present and the Company expects to publish the annual report during the course of this week.
Though saying that doesn’t look good for any of RG’s ventures... Still promise of good times around the corner but seems to be at the end of the rainbow...
Doesn’t look good!
Any reason for this suspension? Is this normal?
Hi. Does anyone have and knowledge of Greka Engineering? I just found I have some shares....I know the company was privatised but could they be of any value?
Do these Monitoring Extension RNSs get published automatically by the exchange and does the company have to pay? From the published trades I can see no reason for them, but I don't have level 2.
The end result, a £42 UT as a result of 2 deals on 29th May. At what cost to the company?
Whoops - TWO Price Monitoring Extensions!
One small trade today and they need a Price Monitoring Extension!
I wasnt even aware it was suspended. Shows how much i have kept in touch. But yes the losting will happen shortly in the coming weeks months if it goes by anything he said at the last AGM
Always around the corner... Like the gold at the end of the rainbow! Need that contract to land soon.
Very positive RNS today over on G3E, hopefully very good times a head
I think the RNS reads quite well on China, and am hoping that the 6 drilling Rigs currently being deployed have been deployed for a good chunk of the year (weather permitting of course) if so i expect that we may see between 30k-40k meters drilled for Q1 (Q2 17 had around 50k meters, 7 drilling rigs were utilized but from what i understand 6 months of workable weather). This would be quite a jump on Q1 2017, and the results should therefore show good progession on the top and bottom line. The india section is quite a concern, although i am sure we all factored in the loss of the ONGC news its disappointing to read we are owed approx $2M USD by Essar, and more so that we owe monies to our contractors. It wouldnt shock me if this was brought to our attention as there is a pending claim against us. Cheers James
Looks like Year ends are now scheduled to be released on the 28/06/2018 with the AGM on the 31st of July, not sure how much these dates can be trusted as this is the 3rd time they have been changed.... Lets hope there is something positive to report!
Essar is planning a series of tenders for its 500-sq km Raniganj East CBM block or RG (E) CBM-2001/1 in preparation to begin drilling 50 development wells from July or August 2018. Essar wants to complete drilling the 50 wells by March 30, 2019 at the West Bengal block in line with a 152 development well drilling programme aimed at raising current production of 600,000 cm/d to 2.3m cm/d by October 2020. Either this month (May) or next (June) Essar is expected to issue tenders for four mobile rigs, each expected to drill two wells a month to around 1200 metres TD. Greka Drilling and Essar group company Essar Oilfield Services are among those expected to respond. Essar presently has five workover rigs at Raniganj (East) from MACO, Aakash Oil Field Services and Kingston Oilfield Services.
It’s very annoying
slowly to nothing here... Will take a lot to turn this around from here!
Is that you buying more today?
Sorry 30th. But even so instead of telling us how many hours training they have done for the year which is a nice way of spending our money. Where are the orders? To say that the market isn't good is total rubbish, it has been years of nothing much happening. If I don't go to the AGM can someone give him a smack around the back of the head and tell him to wake up please. :-)
He sure has his pockets full of our cash, must be running low now!
End of year results are on the 30th May same day as the AGM. So RG could be getting and ear full or could it be a surprise for us investors
